Fix clips to not post unless actually titled.
Clips are not supposed to post without being titled and it's quite annoying to have to constantly go to my clips dashboard to delete ones I don't intend to publish. Often I am simply reviewing to catch something I missed while looking at another tab or whatever rather than actually trying to create a highlighted clip.
It even SAYS "(required)" in the empty title field, and "Title this clip to publish" at the top of the page, but it will publish it regardless of whether you title it or not, just defaulting to whatever the stream title was. Please fix this, it's been broken forever.
P.S. I am using Firefox in case that's relevant.
