Publish "unpublished Clips" temporarly to be reviewed within X days before getting deleted.
As just announced in Patch Notes 06/24, Clips will no longer published if not manually published by the Clip Creator. I would suggest, that the clips will be published temporarly and if not renamed within 30 or 60 days by the creator or the streamer (and maybe Editors, if that Option would be added), they will be deleted.
That gives Streamers the chance, to still review, what people clipped and maybe publish it themselfs if they liked it.
(The clips could also be hidden from the Public for this peroid)
It also helps identify users who have created or intended to create clips of inappropriate situations (leaks, accidents, etc).
