Clipping live, editing after stream
Let us edit clips we made during stream afterward!
Now that the Moments beta is being rolled back, I'd love to see parts of Moments brought to regular clips. My favorite part of Moments as a streamer was being able to clip something mid-stream and then easily be able to edit it right after the stream.
I could use markers mid-stream and go clip things that I marked afterward, but it's difficult scrubbing through the entire vod to get the right clippable window for each marker. (I have tried this, it's such a pain that it never ends up happening)
Having a default window clip that I can just adjust the start/end times on and the title, and even if it's a featured clip or not, ideally in some kind of an inbox like the Moments page was would be wonderful for easily creating polished clips.
Improved clipping tools would go hand in hand with Twitch's recent emphasis on clips for discoverability.

This would be so helpful, to change a stream from 30 seconds down to just a few seconds that are important, to remove the meaningless preamble just because you hit a button on your streamdeck, it makes it hard. I really don't want to clip edit live on stream or rely on my community to make them for me just so that they are appropriately long.

Need to make post editing clips possible. We should be able to change the category, length and more after we clip it live.

Agreed. Currently "Clip That" button doesn't function at all. Copied link leads to a broken non-existent clip.

Agreed, hopefully gets some traction because I don't wanna have to go in and change it every time or have it default for 30sec. The best part about clips is that you can take them out of context or edit them to make them funny/cool. Want that to be a thing please!

Clicking on clip that shouldn't automatically make a 30 second clip that u cant edit afterwards. Usually u wanna be able to clip something and edit the length and name. 30 seconds and stream title name is not helpful.

We NEED a longer video selection tool when making clips... It is soo often where you just miss a part and have to wait for the VOD (and consequently forget about it).
I suggest having access to at least the last 5-10 minutes.

add /edit to the end of the clip url within the 24 hour limit and you can edit. sometimes cache is weird tho, clear if necessary
