Show all clips if none are featured by streamer. I do like the featured clip option, but if the streamer doesn't have time to go through them all and pick a clip to feature, nothing is shown on the streamers page unless the "show all clips" toggle is selected. This I think has actually hurt the clips because it hides them unnecessarily.
Instead, why you need to do is show all clips, but allow the streamer to "pin" or favourite clips and those clips can be shown as a scroll-able row at the top.
Otherwise clips are not going to get seen as much, and the top clips that are "viewed" by users are not necessarily going to be shown.
Bottom line… we should not have a toggle for "Featured Clips" it is hurting the clipping feature. All clips should be shown on the same page and viewers can see which clips are a streamer's favourites at the top and all the others below them. If there is no featured clips everything just shows as it did before the feature.
As a user, I should not be seeing these messages:
"No Featured Clips found
You can browse through all Featured Clips from this channel instead"then clicking "Show all featured clips" and then seeing:
"No Featured Clips have been selected by this creator
Check out all the clips from this channel instead by turning off the "Featured Clips Only" toggle above"and then finally clicking the toggle button or clicking on the "Show all Clips" button.
That is TOO much to expect a user to do.
Right now the way it is implemented "Featured clips" will kill clips.Or just like others have said, put Featured clips into it's own category in addition to the 24 hr, 7 d, etc. categories can call them Streamer's favourites. In the other categories, you can see a star or heart applied to a clip thumbnail that is a favourite and list them first above the others clips. And again, if there are no featured clips… the category just doesn't show up until the streamer does it. But making viewers go through all these steps to find non-featured clips (especially when there are none) is just bad User Experience.

Have a special badge for streamers to give badges, like the artist badge. I don't want a bunch of junk clips. I would like good quality clips. So if I see someone that is clipping well in my community, I want to be able to reward them well.
