Clips
Creators need to be able to edit clips like we can VODS. Some folks make a clip but don't realize they can capture just a moment and we end up with clips that are too long.

It would be great if one could edit the category on clips as well. I have bunches of "orphaned" clips from when I streamed off the PS4 and the category glitched because the PS4 would change, for example, Horizon Zero Dawn to the PS Store name Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition. (I don't know if that bug has been resolved, but that's a question for a different bug report.)

Your new clip creation tool doesn't allow us to save default layouts for the portrait version. After creating multiple clips, realizing the camera isn't captured, and trying to edit the layout, your editor errors out and refuses to save and re-render. Your clip creator needs some serious work.

Category Clips pages in Browse on web will prioritize showing Featured Clips. Viewers will still be able to see all Clips by switching the new “Featured Clips only” toggle off.
This is not true. Featured clips are the top of any game category and you removed the ability to toggle off. Now game clips are spammed with garbage instead of popular clips. For many games you have to scroll past 50 3 view clips by one streamer to see the good ones.
