Download original video without audio portion muted
As the creator author of the videos, I should be able to download the videos without any audio portion muted. It's still fine if the portion is muted when you watch the video but when you want to download the video, the original record without any modification or muting edition should be downloaded.

I think that the "muting" process on VODs shouldn't be automatic. It would be nice if we got an info window indicating what needs to be muted and why, thus allowing us to properly manage the situation, either by issuing an appeal, or by downloading the VOD and editing it to remove the offending content.
I personally would have no trouble just redubbing myself to remove background game music, which is what usually causes muting. But can't re-dub if I lose the original recording.

When you play some music or it's in the game or something it's probably muted after stream. And that's ok. Problem is when you want to export it to Youtube or download - fragments are still muted which is not good for creators who want to save the trasmition for themselves. I propose that mute should be only on twitch and to work like overlay, which means when you export or download a video it'll has all the audio track you recorded live.

I need this so I can download and export my videos and handle the section muted by twitch differently.
In particular for exports; I don't see why the muted video is the one that is exported, but if I could at least download the unmuted version, as the video's author, I could effectively export it manually.

Im all for this, I only unlisted stream for capture purposes then i Edit before uploading
Im fine with being told where to mute (then I can at least try bring my commentary louder and music quieter or something then try upload and see if it still flags)
But now my commentary at the time is also muted as i recorded them with one source

This feature would be very usefull ... especially since the Situation got even worse. Until now, we could prevent the muteing, by unpublish the VoD before the stream ends. Since a week, even a unpublished vod get massacred

As an editor and creator I have vods I want to use and be edited for other videos etc, however I can't use many due to Twitch muting them (whether or not they're rightfully muted). I understand it being muted for everyone else but if it's me viewing my own vod or an editor viewing the vod, there should be an option for them to view it without having audio parts muted, or at least be able to download an unmuted version.
