Allow broadcasters/editors to edit clip (adjust timeframe slightly/modify titles)
Would be handy to allow editors to edit the clips in general, but allowing the original viewer that clipped the clip to retain credit. Example: Maybe the clip has a cuts off a sentence mid-through, so moving the in/out point by a few frames would just clean up the clip.
Some clips I come across are really well done but no catchy title. Adding a title as an editor or broadcaster makes the clip more promotion-friendly when used on third party sites or in Discord.
Currently the only option is to create a new clip of the same content and take credit from the viewer that made the original.

Most viewers just leave the default title and duration of the clip before publishing it.
It would be nice if the Broadcaster for the channel could edit the duration and title of those viewer-created clips after the fact.

Please allow streamers and editors more control over management of clips. Especially with the new Featured Clips rollout, it feels silly promoting an untitled clip or a clip with a less ideal title.

The API that a !clip command uses does not permit custom titles, only the stream title. Giving broadcasters and their editors ability to edit clip titles would be very helpful.

Many times the clips people create are not cropped well or have a dumb title. If I create clips while live, they're not cropped at all, and if I create them after the stream I have to dig through or use a marker and find that.
I'm a part of the Moments beta and I've absolutely loved being able to fine-tune my Moment clips after the stream. Please make regular clips work like this, since I can't make everything a Moment since there are a limited number of those.

Bumping suggestion
It's very annoying to have to remove a clip because the title is ugly compared to just changing the title!

A lot of viewers just use the default name for a clip, which is the stream title, so you end up with a bunch of clips named "Fortnite Squads" or whatever. As the streamer, I should be able to rename clips so they are accurate with what happened in the clip.
