This this! People get super invested in their watch streaks and it’s pretty disappointing when a 90+ stream stream is lost due to an internet issue, family emergency, super long stream (it seems to not count a 12-hour stream as a single stream?), etc. Disappointing for the viewer, which in turn doesn’t feel great for the streamer.
Why not give streamers the ability to set a channel point price to conserve streak? Maybe it’s only available within 48 hours of missing a stream or something, and a viewer can spend channel points (since they’ve likely earned some from the streak up to that point) to maintain their streak?
Life happens. Outages happen. Short streams happen. I hosted an all-day raid train event recently and did a quick stream at the end just to close the event and felt SO awful that folks for whom it was 4am by that point would have lost their streaks.

Be great if this was fixed - it's been an issue for a while but a LOT of people have been complaining about it again recently. It sucks that people who go out of their way to be in a stream early miss the first few minutes because they're not constantly refreshing.

Please allow streamers and editors more control over management of clips. Especially with the new Featured Clips rollout, it feels silly promoting an untitled clip or a clip with a less ideal title.

As a channel manager, do you mean streamer? If not, I definitely see the need for what you are suggesting. I want to leave your feedback on its own for further consideration (from the editor perspective), but I do have two ideas for you that I think might be worth supporting that also address the different issues you have highlighted:

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

It is important that we're able to trust the platform we promote, work through, and give our hard-earned money to. How can we trust Twitch and hold them accountable when there is literally no way to tell if creators are being paid fairly each month? Especially with local sub pricing now, payouts are completely opaque. Who knows if Twitch is skimming money off the top of each sub?
I have *never* received 50% of a sub. I understand that there are 'fees and taxes' but it's still much too vague. Even just having a breakdown of how many subs came from which countries would be more useful than current.
For example, in October I earned on average (for out-of-pocket subs) $2.84 per T1 sub, $4.36 per T2, and $13.33 per T3.
I am a Partner and on level 1 of the Plus Program, so I should be receiving 60% of T1 and T2 subs and 70% of T3 subs.
I know that the majority of my out-of-pocket subscribers are in the US, the UK, and places like Denmark/Sweden/Germany/The Netherlands.
It feels icky. I *do* feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and I feel like the community I care so much for are, too.
