Muted Audio while using Broadcast

Using Twitch broadcast and my stream shows that it has muted audio parts.

Any ideas as to why?

I could hear Soundtrack by Twitch and my chat could hear me while streaming. When I review the VOD, there is no audio (chat)...No chat audio on download too. Please advise
