Highlight Descriptions not Visible

I've been filing in the descriptions for my highlights and adding links to other resources related to the topics, but I just realized they don't appear anywhere when someone is watching the VOD.

Please ensure that the video viewer page can show the description of the video.

    This has been an issue for a full year now after some digging, the interface is a mess. It doesn't seem to be visible ANYWHERE, let alone on the VOD page itself.
