True VOD editor
Every streamer runs into a few issues with trolls. Half of the time with trolls or DMCA content, users have to completely delete VODs. Well, unlike Twitch but on other platforms you're able to edit "VODs" a lot more with a lot more detail. That included to making parts quiet, to louder. Replacing or adding music to the vod, or even bluring or blocking unsafe content for the vod and even removing DMCA content from the vod without removing your whole vod to follow through with DMCA.
These systems have been around for ages and I'm completely flabbergasted about twitch's speed at handling for these situations. We have other platforms out performing Twitch in a lot of these design choices in which they protect the content creator a lot more.
I saw a similar suggestion about vod editor but it said a "highlight editor" was in progress. Who cares about highlights when you can't highlight because you're forced to delete a VOD asap for guidelines.

Being able to edit VODs would be extremely helpful, to be able to cut down things like intros or being able to cut out the end if the streamer forgets to click "end stream". I know this can be achieved with the highlights, but it is nice for videos that you don't want to save all together but still want to be left up for the VOD duration.

I agree with Emimu, I'd love to see a better video editor! I just unpublished a video because of a sensitive topic for one of my players in a D&D game. I just want to silence that part or even cut that part out, and republish it.

Often, streamers have a few minutes of "starting soon" to let viewers join the channel before the actual content starts. This makes sense for live viewers, but becomes frustrating when watching VODs, as the viewer has to click around to find where the actual content starts.
It would be very helpful if we could trim from the start (and end) of VODs to improve the viewers' experience.
