    I agree, restrict an user don't must adviced to restricted user. It may work like a shadowban, and maybe this feature must can be settings modified, eg, for bits donations or gift permission, or some similar

    If some user make a clip in this moment, and the clip is from the cut part of the VOD, the clip must been deleted.

    Sometimes, the streamer leak accidentally your own personal information. If it happen, the streamer stops stream and unpublish the VOD and lose all of this content. If exist a possibility of cut VODs, the streamer can stop the stream and then cut this specific moment, without unpublishing it.
