I wanted to move my old videos over to this platform so that folks could see my old content as well as my new content, this shouldn't be restricted to just partners and affiliates.

its making it impossible for new streamers to get noticed for we have to be live and have to meet requirement's and be online 24/7. if we could put our videos up for viewers to see we should have a higher success rate at new streamers and the app should get double the amount of attention for close friend circles will support one another and who knows you could be stopping the new best thing by denying them this

Me parece que la opción para subir videos sin necesidad de estar en vivo es una opción muy útil para aquellas personas que no se pueden permitir una conexión demasiado buena para hacer streaming y una gran oportunidad de la plataforma para quitarle gran parte de público a plataformas de vídeo como youtube. El problema es que esta opción en twitch solo está disponible para afiliados, lo cual es un fastidio para usuarios que quieran compartir sus gameplays y no tienen los recursos para llegar a ser afiliados. Por favor, espero que me hayan entendido y cambien esto pronto. Muchas gracias

I was able to upload videos when I started my channel. You took that away and made it an Affiliate/Partner only feature. Not everyone wants to go over to Twitter or YouTube if I have a quick, funny blurb or bit of channel news to share that isn't enough to bother streaming. Can we have the uploads back please?

We want to be able to upload our videos on Twitch, not everyone have the luxury to go live, so we want to be able to upload our videos like we were able to before.
