Allow users to hide GIFS GIFs are making chat unreadable. Twitch already has their own form of GIFs in animated emotes, and it’s worked peacefully for years already. We don’t need GIFs. Please allow users to mute GIFs without also muting animated emotes.

Fix Scrolling on Following Page I don’t know how you’ve broken it, but we can now no longer scroll to the bottom of our Following Page. When I get down to the point where the page loads in more streams, it just jumps back to the top of the list. It’s incredibly hard to keep browsing the channels I follow and find the smaller channels I want to watch. Also makes it impossible to look through my offline followed channels.
Please fix this asap.

Do NOT enable AI related settings by default! Do NOT enable any AI related setting by default. I did not agree to use Twitch to train Amazon's AI, so enabling a setting by default that allows Amazon to scrape my account for their AI is something I never agreed to and enabling it by default directly goes against my opinions as a user.

Bring back option to change sidebar in horizontal viewer Previously the buttons on the side of the viewer when in horizontal mode on mobile could be switched between different “chat modes”. Now that the option to remove the buttons no longer exists, I find that they obstruct my experience and i tend to not watch horizontal anymore (my preferred way of viewing).
not to mention, the buttons are not sized correctly and they slightly overlap the stream.
I would like the option to change the sidebar “chat” buttons again.

Edge to edge Android app The Twitch app does not currently implement the mandatory "edge-to-edge" display standard. The status bar at the top and the navigation bar/gesture area at the bottom are rendered with solid opaque backgrounds rather than being transparent. This prevents the stream content and UI from utilizing the full display and creates a disjointed visual experience.
Edge to edge is mandatory with Android 16, so please implement this across the app. Content should be seen behind the status and navigation bars. The lack of edge to edge support makes the Android Twitch app look very outdated, creating a bad experience for users.

The latest March 2026 iOS mobile update prevents minimizing the window, making the Twitch app unusable. Most people cannot block their phone, for an extended duration, for a Twitch stream. Having to leave a stream to use any other function of the phone is absurd. There are already more than enough bugs & issues with streams, streaks, connectivity, drops, etc. Limiting viewers ability to stay in app is bad business. You make iOS owners have to go to a desktop full version to get our drops, NOW we can’t even do that DURING a stream! This is so bad.

Landscape mode New bug. When you exit the twitch app and go back in it, The landscape doesn’t flip automatically or when the press the icon in the bottom right corner.

Mobile Am I not counting as a viewer on mobile? Watch streaks do not work, and I noticed that I am not appearing to be getting channel points for watch time on mobile. I couldn’t care less about the channel points and streaks at this point, I just want to make sure I am counting as a viewer.

fix mod view completely on mobile I don't have the budget for a pc otherwise I wouldn't be using Twitch on mobile, especially as a mod for one of my faveourite streamers.
But so much is wrong with the mod view I don't even know where to begin. So I'll try to make it as short as I'm able to.
•I can't use redeems, I have to exit mod view which completely closes the stream making me have to search for it. It doesn't always show up 1st in the list, which this alone is annoying.

permanent dissmiss option for all dropdown banners on mobile Especially in mod view, the chat box is extremely small. When banners like "How to earn drops" keep appearing every single **** time you click on the chatbox, even after clicking to 'dissmiss message', it's bloody annoying! It made me want to uninstall Twitch. How can I mod a channel if I can barely see the chat?
So just like there is an option for pinned messages to "hide for yourself" which permanently rids of it from blocking 80% of the chatbox, there needs to be such an option or a similar one to block those banners from reminding me…4 votes -
Followage lost on Mobile APP I watched my favourite streamer on the Android App, they did a streamtogether with another streamer and when I clicked on the button that shows all the streamer in this "streamtogether" I accidentally clicked on the unfollow button next to my favourite streamer in that list. There was no warning or anything, it just unfollowed instantly. So I lost my followage from 2017 to 2026 just because of that.
It's not really important but it was nice to have this followage to show that I have been around for so long.

Restore the zoom functionality on the iPhone app. It’s ridiculous to not be able to zoom in on a phone ffs! Restore the ability to zoom in on iPhone.
And stop messing with the app, every update for the past 3 months at least has made it worse. Oh & give us more control over our preferences, we need more options. Especially the ability to turn things off that YOU release in updates!4 votes -
Add more changes, please! Keep adding more changes. I don’t think the mobile app has changed enough. We want more features that we didn’t ask for and that interfere with our preferred viewing experience. Combos fall short of optimizing viewing. The weird, AI-looking emotes that pop up all over the screen when someone unwillingly donates bits to a streamer aren’t distracting enough and don’t cover enough of the stream. We need more visual and aural overstimulation.
Adding more changes will surely make users realize that they’re wrong and Twitch’s leadership is right and knows best. Forgive us for being too dumb to realize.

VOD playability So many issues with watching vods on mobile since the new update. Can’t watch the vod if the channel is live, vod doesn’t save the location where I was watching, the video randomly skips to the start of the vod so I have to reset the player. Just a big mess, almost unusable

PLEASE fix clipping on mobile Clipping on mobile is agony. It just endlessly stops and the only way to move it forward is to pause and unpause but even then, it doesn't fix it. You can't clip properly if the system barely lets you get the correct moment
