Optimizing Twitch for the XBox Series X I am sure you have been hit with a bunch of these, but streaming from console on the Series X is extremely hit or miss. It crashes games, will randomly not record video, etc.
I love Twitch & am hoping to continue building my career as a content creator on the platform, but the App needs a next gen update.
I realize it is probably already in the works, just wanted to let you know it is severely impacting new streamers.

A vod enjoyer’s nightmare The new ps5 update is so weird first of all you say it should be a “viewer-only" experience but the mobile app shows alot more content (vods-playlist etc..) and one of the most important things to view is chat even if you don’t interact with it and only read it still is a big part of being in a vod,Also the past version was so bad design wise and personally i like the new design and appreciate that the player is alot more flexible in skipping and rewinding but if you want to skip to an exact part you will…

Recent console update change how browse works The console app was recently updated and changed the way 'browse' works to show you games Twitch thinks you want to see instead of showing you what's got the most viewers. This, to me, is a terrible idea as it suggests categories based on how much you watch them so if you watch a variety streamer, say goodbye to your ability to browse. Give viewers on console the option to sort by suggested or by viewer High to low like you can in the app!

Improve browsing on Nintendo Switch Would be nice if in the Twitch app for Nintendo Switch we could browse through a list of the categories that we are following. Right now we can only browse through whatever random categories are popular. Sometimes I don't want to search for a specific category, I'd rather browse through the categories that I'm interested in to see what's available to match whatever mood I'm in.

Xbox Party Audio Issues So, I'm having trouble, with everytime i stream and I watch the streams back, all of my Xbox friends' mics are messed up. Either they're choppy or they're super duper faint, but there's no problem with my mic. Any help? Please?

Computer camera and console handing It should be possible to stream using the ps4 built in twitch stream, and to be able to use a camera from a pc as part of the stream experience. It would give more consoles players more incentive to stream without having to buy a capture card or to spend more money on getting a pc to run capture software and it would make people use overlays a lot more if they can have both at the same time.

Audio Sync Issue Desperately Needs Fixing! I personally streamed for around an hour testing my set up out. The one problem that has kept occurring, is something that has never been fixed, which is the audio sync issues between microphone and camera.
There is no definitive way to fix this, and it really does need fixing! Please make it so Twitch as it is stopping me from streaming! Thanks.

Give back continue watching. make watching vods have their old functionality. let people chat in app. or better yet. revert the app. rollback the update. no one wants this. it’s been a month with no improvements and the only update was so that the app wouldn’t work if you found a way to avoid your god awful update. can’t even watch vods from my favorite streamers collections as the only way I could before was with continue watching. but I guess downgrading is the way to go. got stuff on your twitter bragging about improving chat interactions while doing stuff like this. way to go.

Ability to Use Overlays/Alerts w/o the need of PC/Capture Card You EVER going to get around to doing this, or are people who can ONLY afford a console s..t out of luck?? ****, most of "YOUR" extensions won't even work for console users.
So either, stop allowing consoles to stream here, or actually do something to assist them.
Or the least you can do, is recommend where "we" can go for the ability to stream properly!
Lastly, "YOU" really need to fix your algorithm for Viewer counts vs Actual Views.
Way to many console users who stream all the time, can't seem to reach AFFILIATE status, as the count never…

Similar to PlayStation consoles. It's got options for displaying live streaming messages on screen and rec. for live streaming.
They should have it more live streaming display settings and options when using twitch on Xbox One and Xbox series S|X consoles.
