Please fix the Mortal Kombat categories & add the original Mortal Kombat (1992) The Mortal Kombat categories featured on twitch are inaccurate & should be fixed. It is one of the most iconic & recognized franchises in the video game industry & deserves accurate extensions on the platform.
The original Mortal Kombat, which released in Oct 1992 doesn't even have it's own category. It's absent. I'm assuming so the 2011 remake could replace its spot. While categories such as the ever popular Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe: Silver Shield Combo Pack (a copy of the base game boxed with a bonus blu ray of the original live action film) & Mortal Kombat Mythologies:…71 votes -
Show all online Followed Channels automatically. I like the left side menu bar in the new UI. The only thing is that I always have to click "Load More" two or three times to see everyone who is online. I wish it would display everyone automatically.

FIX YOUR BROKEN WEBSITE When on the main website, under the immediate games list (usually new or most popular), if you then click the ellipses and say NOT INTERESTED, let it disappear, and then come back an hour later- that same game SHOULD NOT APPEAR IN THE SAME LISTING for that user! Just because the game is popular (Let's use Fortnite as an example), doesn't mean I wanna watch it all the time. I've clicked NOT INTERESTED on so many games SO MANY TIMES that I (and possibly others who haven't voiced this) are tired of it all and we want it to actually…

OPT in/out from latest categoty browse UI change Before the latest change, you had a very neat display of all available channels in the category.
after the change, you only have a tiny bit of the screen to actually browse - overshadowed by a giant preview that can't be removed.
this makes finding the stream you want so much harder, to the point of dejecting users from even trying.an ability to simply collapse the preview would solve this without interfering with the change itself - although personally I think it's just not needed at all
EDIT: looks like you even made an "expand" button, but that does…

Followed categories stop showing up after following too many Once you're following what I think is around 80-100 categories, they stop showing up on your list of followed categories, even if they have live streams. I like to discover streamers by following a bunch of my favorite games, but I'm running up against this limit constantly, and have to keep unfollowing and rotating out games. Would love this limit to be increased.

An option to hide reruns I only watch twitch streams to interact with the streamer live. Would it be possible for the team to add a button to hide rerun streams?

Filter Front Page Auto-play When User Sets Category to Do-Not-Recommend With the release of new games, right now especially Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, I can imagine many people like myself are wanting to avoid spoilers of the gameplay or game content. But even if we set those categories to be not-recommended, various channels playing those games will still appear on the front page and automatically start playing, which has the potential to reveal critically spoiling moments in the game before the user can stop the video or navigate away. It is absolutely necessary as a service for Twitch to filter out those front-page auto-play results when their…

Add "Generative Art" category Today, it isn't easy for generative artists to chose category between: Art / Software and Game Development / Science and Technology : none really match for what we do.
It would be great to have a dedicated space for these artists to be able to stream under one same category.
another possible naming would be "Creative Coding".

'Speedrunning' as it's own Twitch category Not every streamer uses tags, not every speedrun game is a commonly searched game directory. What if we gave more visibility to speedrunners by having a category just for this type of gaming. That way people with the interest can find new speedrunners and even get to know new speedrun games.
Speedrunning is no longer a niche hobby, it has grown massively on Twitch over the last five years, not to mention some of the largest fundraising efforts on the platform are speedrun related.

Separate WoW Classic and WoW Bfa Sections Please, PLEASE add a separate section for WoW Classic rather than just combining what used to be the WoW Bfa section with Classic. Since Classic launched, the WoW streaming section has become absolutely INFESTED with pretty much just Classic streams and I'd like to be able to find Bfa streams when I want to watch them instead of having to go digging through the entire section for them like I'm digging through the racks at TJ Maxx for a good outfit.

Add KeyForge Game KeyForge (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KeyForge) is not a recognised game in Twitch. It's a physical card game, not a video game, so it can't be added through IGDB. But it's played a lot online too, specially since the pandemic, through thecrucible.online and tabletop simulator.
We have daily streams, and some popular streamers such as:
https://www.twitch.tv/tabletoproyale
https://www.twitch.tv/critcamp
https://www.twitch.tv/kfpl_jupiter
https://www.twitch.tv/keyforgeonlineteameventsIt would be awesome if we could find them all together, inside Twitch.

Advertising with a focus on the arts and entertainment side of the platform. TWITCH IS A VIABLE OPTION FOR ENTERTAINMENT THAT NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT!
As people emerge from their Covid cocoons, we find ourselves competing more and more with entertainment in the IRL world -- we've lost a lot of viewers, and we're not gaining enough new viewers.
To that end, I wish Twitch would invest a little advertising budget in raising awareness of the non-gaming parts of the Platform. There are so many artists with so much to offer, and so many great communities, but people just don’t know we’re here. I think a large segment of the public would…

F1 Manager game category name change to F1 Clash The mobile game F1 Manager was recently rebranded to F1 Clash. The game is still exactly the same as before as it was only rebranded but the game category for the game on Twitch is still named F1 Manager, a game which no longer exists.
Can the game category F1 Manager please be renamed to F1 Clash.
The game information also refers to a completely different game produced many years ago by EA, and not the current F1 Manager/F1 Clash mobile title developed/produced by Hutch.
Information about the rebrand can be found here - https://www.hutch.io/news/introducing-f1-clash/

Please add a 'Scambaiting' category There are a lot of scambaiters on Twitch and that list keeps growing. It would help scambaiters in getting exposure as well as assist members of the scambaiting community in finding new scambaiters to watch if there were a scambaiting category. This is something that would be quick and easy to implement.

Final Fantasy TCG Category (FF TCG / FFTCG) The FF TCG has been going since 2011 (and was rebooted in 2016, thriving ever since).
Currently when real life events are streamed, there's no category for this to be streamed under. The closest thing is for the Final Fantasy Digital Card Game, which was something entirely different for Yahoo customers that closed down in 2020.
Other TCGs have categories to use for real life events or event for players to stream their webcam practice or online simulator games. For example there's the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game" category alongside all it's actual games that Konami use for events and stores…

splinterlands Hi I have been actively streaming a blockchain based trading card game called Splinterlands and I am struggling to get viewers because there is no category for the game. I see that you have other blockchain games with their own category IE Axie Infinity. Right now I'm basically forced to use card games as the category for my stream but no one looking for a Splinterlands stream will be able to find me. Splinterlands has tens of thousands players and there are already several people aside from myself that stream it daily. Please help us struggling streamers out by adding…

Mini Painting Let's get Mini Painting added to the Categories list!
I'm a full time Mini painting streamer, and I know tons of fellow painters would love to use this category.
We've got a really awesome, engaged community on Twitch, and it would be perfect form of outreach to connect with fans of D&D, Warhammer, and countless other miniature producers. This tag would allow us to use it as an umbrella category to engage many other users looking for content like ours.51 votes
