An option to hide reruns
I only watch twitch streams to interact with the streamer live. Would it be possible for the team to add a button to hide rerun streams?

On top of cases already mentioned, it is very frustrating to check e-sports category "Live matches" and then the first row is all reruns.

I always unsubscribe to channels that start running reruns. I hate it. It is misleading and a scam.

Agreed. If I want to watch a stream I missed, I'd watch a VOD, which is what the "Videos" category is for. It's really annoying (and misleading) to have Reruns clutter up the "Live" category.

People actually talk, donate and subscribe thinking the streamer is live when they are not because it is not clear enough that they are actually watching a RERUN..
Win win for Twitch I suppose as they are still making money when the people in the LIVE section are not actually LIVE.. -

Agree. I dont get what's point of reruns. If I want to see videos I could go to video section. Also in reruns I cant even rewind forward or back but in videos I can.
When there's too many reruns in category, they make it harder to find real streams.

It's frustrating to try to see what streams are real at a glance because my Following tab is totally cluttered with tournament rebroadcasts.

I completely agree. i actually despise reruns.. This platform is based on interacting with real people and IMO streamers who continually start reruns are diminishing the value of their streams. I unsubscribed from a channel partially because this stream is overusing reruns. However I don't want to always have to unsub, I just only want to see live streams available.
