24/7 category Tried to find the right category for this but wasn't certain. For categories in twitch (I know, theres a lot) could we get a 24/7 category? For those streams that for example just have their focus on their home aquarium, or the 24/7 cams that are coming to Alveus Sanctuary soon, etc. Sometimes I want to chill to stuff like that and having a lot of options all in one place would be awesome.

'female streamers in skimpy clothes in sexually suggestive positions/nude' or already popular streamers, driving a massive wedge for discoverability for smaller yet entertaining streamers.
It wouldnt be crazy for Twitch to simply take one random streamer from the bottom drawers (with some kind of filter to prevent the typical moronic '18+SUPER STREAM !SUPPORT !PATREON !TIPS HYPE FOR FORTNITE!' **** from people with zero viewers…

Digital Events Lots of digital events are being created and can be joined online, there is also people covering them on twitch but with no possibility for the project to be on IGDB because its not a "Game".

Stop Games + Demo's from changing my category Everytime I start up Monster Hunter: World to stream, even with my category already set to the right game, Games + Demo's decideds to forcefully try to steal content that isn't theirs as soon as the stream gets going, and then after the VOD ends up with 'Games + Demo's' as the category.. Please add the following music genres: Goth Music, Post Punk, Industrial Music we need more musical genres! More of the subtle but very different styles of music that are represented by musicians are not able to be found easily as we have to embed them in rock music or alternative music which clearly does not identify these genres.

Make Boosts Better With Curated Recommendations Twitch has different 'boosting' features available to some streamers, such as channel point boost challenges or the new Boost Train. While great in theory for discoverability, completed boost recommendations right now seem to be sent to completely random users.
This means that recommendations are not always seeking the audience that the streamer is hoping to reach, or is content viewers aren't looking for. For example, when checking my own Front Page for these boosted recommendations, I've mostly been recommended channels streaming in languages I do not speak, or in categories I've never engaged in as a viewer or streamer.

There should be a way to submit educational apps categories. igdb limit submissions to games, so more gamified educational apps like There should be a way to nominate educational apps as categories. igdb currently only accept "games" so more gamified educational apps like Duolingo can get easily added and become categories, but less gamified apps like Memrise are rejected. The distinction isn't well defined. If igdb won't accept an educational app, could we directly submit it to twitch?

Enable No-Viewer Count Mode and Desired Content Selections There are many good posts in this section that try to address the issues with highlighting relevant content for viewers and support discovery of channels where viewers will be engaged in a way that leads them to support the content creator and platform. Using tags to avoid certain channels I want to be able to use the "tags" system in the search bar to avoid certain streams. For example: I live in Spain but im not native of this country and i really hate having Spanish streams flood my main page the moment i open up twitch. Just give me the option to use tags to avoid certain streams. #spanish, #cosplay, #depression, etc. These are for the ones i want to avoid, and the longer i stay on twitch the more "#" i will ban

Cant set game to "PokerStars VR" even though its in IGDB For some reason when I stream PokerStars VR i need to put it under another category like VRChat. Automatically switch to next followed streamer once currently-watched stream ends Hey Twitch,
I suggest you guys ad a feature, what streamer you would like to switch to once the one you are watching ends stream. While most people watch twitch as a show some people also watch it as a background 'podcast' while playing a game.
…It would be neet that you atomaticly get transferd to another follwed streamer instead of complete slience of you wating or your game match to end so you can put on a nother streamer. This could also be done in a list of which stremer you pefer to switch to who is online from2 votes -
Persistent Depressive Disorder Tag Twitch has been really receptive to adding tags that represent many communities, especially in the mental health space. I feel it would be worth considering adding another to expand that representation.
Currently the Depression tag doesn't mention the word community in it's description, and that's understandable, considering it can range from a symptom to it's own disorder. Depression does, however, have a chronic form that can last throughout a person's life, in the form of Persistent Depressive Disorder (PDD), previously known as Dysthymia.
