Stop muting game VODS for illegally sampled YouTube songs Modify the algorithm so it stops tagging people for copyright infringement for songs that sampled things illegally on Youtube. I keep getting tagged during Ocarina Of Time because somebody on YouTube illegally sampled Saria's Song. I'm not alone, either. People have issues with Majora's Mask all the time. The VODs are unmuted very quickly, but it's annoying to deal with. I've contacted Nintendo, but obviously they don't care about stuff that small. Wondering why the Twitch algorithm does.

Let Users Have the Basic Quality-of-Life Feature of Changing Video Quality I really hate how I can no longer use Twitch. Ever since I moved, my internet has been too bad and the streamers I am interested in watching and supporting are not partnered. For some reason, despite the fact that competitors have found a way not to do this, Twitch feels the need to force me to stream in 1080p, a quality that I cannot watch. Resolution changes to higher scale when tabbing out I want to save some traffic, when watching streams on a background, but stream unexpectedly change the resolution from 160p to 1080p60 on regular and low latency modes. It looks like a bug because when I open the tab again it changes the resolution back to 160p.

Different streamer is being played I am watching https://www.twitch.tv/quin69 and randomly the video changed to another streamer https://www.twitch.tv/irunshibb twice while staying on the quin69 URL. To fix I need to refresh the page. I am not following irunshibb and I did not click on anything. This happened to me on 03/19/24 from 9am-12pm EST. It has not happened again since. I am using Chrome Version 122.0.6261.112.

Twitch is a **** platform that just refuses to load anything on the platform twitch just refuses to load anything, twitch is a **** tier platform in nearly every regard outside of this issue. no way to rewind the stream until the vod is posted, ads every 2 ******* minutes which are ******* 2 minutes long, **** layout, auto ******* playing the shittiest stream when you load the site (when it does ******* work). **** platform every ******* time I try to use it.

compatability improvements between twitch and the ( alternate player for twitch.tv ) browser extension. for users like me who need to use the ( alternate player for twitch.tv ) browser extension, due to it taking up less system resources, allowing us to customise the performance based on our internet quality, and continue watching streams through even when crashes occur, there have been MANY things broken in it due to either twitch updates / google chrome updates / or both, which has been especially noticeable after the latest google chrome update Version 120.0.6099.200 causing bizarrely high stream delay ( which i have sent in playback issue reports to try and fix, though it only helps…

Player becomes unresponsive While watching a stream if I leave a stream up for an extended amount of time I will sometimes come back to the video player ui having been frozen and unresponsive. I will hover over and click the player buttons without a response, additionally the hotkeys for the different player actions will also not work, spacebar for pausing and m for mute. I couldn't find anyone elses account on this issue.
Sidenote - This is for live broadcasts in particular

HEVC / h.265 / x265 Why is twitch still using a codec from 20 years ago. using nvenc h.264 i can barely stream 720p60. using nvenc h.265 on youtube same bitrate i get flawless 1080p60 stream. on twitch with h.264 cant see nothing but blocks not pixels if i try 1080p.

my stream does not have resolution's change option I used to stream from an affiliate account before and used to get all the resolution change options for my streams. Now I am using a new twitch account to stream, while I am using same streaming options on OBS as before, my viewers don't get the resolution change on current streams. It's always 1080p and it's driving viewers away due to lag issues.

No me deja subir vídeos a Twitch Buenas tardes, les escribo porque estoy teniendo problemas para subir un vídeo a Twitch (es un directo que he guardado y que necesito mantenerlo en el canal).
El caso, es que al llegar al 100% de subida, me salta el siguiente mensaje: "error de carga: Video could not successfully be created." y en caso de que haya llegado a subirse, tampoco me deja publicarlo indicándome que no se ha podido guardar lo editado.¿Es normal? Ya van varias veces que intento subir estos vídeos y me es imposible
