im honetly just tired, it happenes way to often it got so annoying pleeease fix it.

How is this a post made over a year ago and this issue still persists making some stream vods simply unwatchable. ive been keeping tabs of this post for almost 6 months now hoping and praying anyone at twitch gives this issue any attention as it is literal childs play to fix yet it still exists. get ur act together twitch. This might be a bump, but yes, VOD disconnection desync / chat delay is still happening recently. Chat would be delayed one or two minutes after the relevant part of the video happened, thus confusing the VOD viewers.

Please fix this issue to improve the experience of the viewers; One of the solution would be by putting the full duration of 'NotLikeThis' temporary screen from the stream into the VODs.

For those who have this issue on xqc's stream, you can use his vod website https://xqc.wtf/ to watch the vod, it has a chat delay feature that helps with this problem, you just have to enter the delay in seconds manually in the input area.

Either give us the ability to change chat timing or keep the "NotLikeThis" screen in the vod

This needs to be fixed asap, it is really making it hard to watch back VODs, how can i watch the juicer XQC if the chat is delayed Sadge. A quick fix would be just to keep the whole 'notlikethis' screen from the vod or maybe just even split it into 2 vods when it happens.

I feel like you don't even need to add an extra feature for this (like an interface for adjusting delay), but rather just keep the entire "NotLikeThis"-screen length as part of the VOD. At least this would be a quick fix until something better exists. It feels like the reason for the VOD chat delay is because the "NotLikeThis"-screen length is edited down while chat is not.

The chat can be out of sync to the video in a VOD when there was a disconnect issue during the stream (the not like this screen), this can lead to a terrible experience for users as chat reaction are like a minute delayed. Could we get a fix to this or maybe even a slider to manually change the offset in chat (10 seconds ahead or like 20 seconds behind). thanks !

This got me confused a couple times as I watch lots of VOD's, and one particular streamer who uses mobile internet and has frequent short timeouts, often ends up answering chat messages several minutes before they even get posted.
