Mod view - Users in chat update rate makes the list unusable. The list of users in chat is really helpful while also being able to see the chat open at the same time, but people come in, watch, talk, leave, and sometimes their name never appears in the viewer list. Sometimes it does appear but after they've been chatting about 10 minutes. This is not helpful if trolls are returning to make your life difficult. The list becomes invalid.
Please increase the refresh rate of this list.

Shadowban to prevent harassment/toxicity on different accounts and ip addresses Ability to shadowban users where they are able to type in chat and see their message, but their message is not seen by anyone else but them.
This will help substantially in reducing cases of ban evading as shadowbanned users usually don’t realize they are banned (if they don’t look into it more, especially in larger channels) and at the same time it will not affect the streamer’s chat
Can be an ip shadowban across accounts. This would be such a helpful feature in preventing constant toxicity.

Add A Warning System. /warn Just like the timeout/ban in profiles, add a new category called warnings. Warnings can be issued by /warn [user] [reason] or by clicking a chat / profile button and entering a reason. Not everyone wants to timeout a user / ban a user. It would also allow us moderators to keep moderation actions private and not use the Wisper system and allow us to keep track of warnings and who their issued by. Clearing the "Mod Action" panel or being able to delete certain actions so mods can't see. While setting up my "permitted terms and phrases" I didn't click "private" when saving and my private information was sitting in the mod action panel with no way (or advice) to fix it. I wish there was a way I could have cleared that one specific action so none of my mods could see the private information I was trying to block.

Designer Role or Expanded Mod Permissions Add a new “Designer” role or expand Editor/Mod permissions to manage visual customization. I would like to suggest adding more flexible tools for managing channel visuals and channel point rewards. Currently, only the streamer can change design elements, which can be very time-consuming. My idea is to introduce one of the following improvements:

Its clear moderation towards his content despite the fact he openly calls for violence and regularly endorses Terrorism on his streams he is given a pass for some reason. When you say people should kill an sitting member of government, live on stream, you openly do so becasuse you know the rules don't matter to you.

global chat cooldown Hi to all, talking here as a 5 years experience daily unsing twitch and twitch moderator of small spanish community.
The problem:
Toxicity during events where variety of streamers participate.Origin of the problem:
Here in spanish communities a percentage of the communities are too emotional and tends to go in other streamer channels and text things that becomes toxic and generates bad feelenigs both the streamers and regular chat users.

Super Mod Status Would be nice if we could assign a "super mod" of sorts, so they can do extra things, like un-mod other mods? Not every streamer has the time to sort out grievances in their communities, especially in the mod team, so a "super mod" would be nice to have so they can get rid of toxic people from the team, without having to burden the busy streamer.

Here's an idea...stop randomly locking users out of chat to harvest phone data It has been two weeks since Twitch locked my account out of chat and told me they require a mobile number to unlock it.

Disable Emotes Emote spam is a constant annoyance, it would be great for channels to have an option that blocks emotes in chat. There could also be an option where only channel emotes are allowed. A text-only mode or an emote blacklist would be excellent.

Mod Icons Issue - Banning & Unbanning I mod for a stream with 2k+ chatters and we often have several mods in at one time. Unfortunately we've had some issues with the ban icon that shows up next to usernames in the chat. When two mods hit the ban icon at nearly the same time, the first bans, but the second mod who hits the icon - even immediately after - unbans the user on accident. Give streamers the option for ad-free viewing for moderators Moderators are a crucial part of keeping streamers, viewers, and the greater twitch community safe. Modstatus bestätigen, bevor man einfach als Mod eingeteilt wird, damit keine Fremdenleute dich in eine Verantwortung ziehen können! Momentan herrscht das Problem auf Twitch, dass ein bestimmter User namens flyingstosser, an die Tausende fremde Leute zu seinen Mods macht, ohne ihrem Einverständnis noch deren Wissen über seinem Kanal und sie somit in Verantwortung zieht von denen sie keine Ahnung haben. Dazu verweigert er die Möglichkeit irgendwie zu endmoden, da der Command nicht funktioniert.

Ability to remove a previously banned user from the Shared ban list There are situations where mods may accidentally ban someone (sometimes clicking over to chat and accidentally hitting one of the mod tool buttons) and even if they're immediately unbanned, they're permanently on the shared ban list and whenever they show up in a chat that shares that banned list they get restricted from chatting and unless you mod in all the chats that share the ban list, you can't remove them from it.
I just feel like there should be a way to undo someone being put on the shared ban list because it can really suck for a viewer…

Link release through moderator That there is a setting where the moderators have to approve all links that are posted before it is sent. This could also be integrated into the defense mode and only activated when this is activated (as a setting like the rest in the mode).

AutoMod blocked terms should have capitalization as optional The blocked terms automatically filters uppercase and lowercase together for all entries. It would be great to have a tick box to decide if we want to block terms with a single specific capitalization (teSt) or all possible ones (test, Test, TEst, etc..).
Example: for blocking specific words using L lowercase as a misused i (TWlTCH=> TWLTCH => TWITCH). This can apply to links with specific capitalization, emotes and more.

Timeout/Untimeout in User Profile Layout Change When there are multiple mods on a channel and some of them attempt to timeout the same person via the user profile info box at the same time, what tends to happen is the mods will timeout the user and untimeout them immediately after. When the user is in timeout, the untimeout button appears exactly where the "10s" "1m" "10m" "30m" timeout buttons used to be. It would be very helpful if the untimeout button did not appear where the timeout buttons used to be. Maybe even add a 1-2 second delay on how fast someone can time the same…

For instance, someone came into my live stream on 6/10/20 (somewhere between 8:40am and 10:00am eastern) and wrote in the chat: "what kind of **** do you like?" The bot immediately flagged the word '*' and asked me to choose allow or deny. So I pressed deny. I can't remember if I hit Ban or not on this person.
