Shadowban to prevent harassment/toxicity on different accounts and ip addresses
Ability to shadowban users where they are able to type in chat and see their message, but their message is not seen by anyone else but them.
This will help substantially in reducing cases of ban evading as shadowbanned users usually don’t realize they are banned (if they don’t look into it more, especially in larger channels) and at the same time it will not affect the streamer’s chat
Can be an ip shadowban across accounts. This would be such a helpful feature in preventing constant toxicity.

Actually to my knowledge Twitch was testing this feature on Partner channels last year...

Knowing that many people when they are banned from a channel choose to create several accounts to continue trolling ... My idea is a banning system where the banned user is not aware of their current ban; in this way the user would continue talking only through the chat thinking that he is trolling and would make the life of the mod easier.
