Add a new “Designer” role or expand Editor/Mod permissions to manage visual customization.
I would like to suggest adding more flexible tools for managing channel visuals and channel point rewards. Currently, only the streamer can change design elements, which can be very time-consuming. My idea is to introduce one of the following improvements:

Option 1: Add a new role – “Designer”
A dedicated role with permissions to manage all visual and cosmetic elements of the channel, including:
* Changing Channel Points icon
* Changing Channel Points reward icons
* Editing the cost of Channel Points rewards
* Enabling/disabling reward options
* Changing subscriber badges
* Managing colors
This role would help streamers who already have a team, especially those who work with editors, moderators or artists.

Option 2: Expand “Lead Moderator” or Editor permissions
If a new role is not possible, please expand the permissions of existing high-trust roles (Lead Moderator or Editor) so they can:
* Edit Channel Points rewards
* Update reward icons
* Adjust costs
* Change subscriber badges
* Manage channel cosmetic elements
