Setting Followers-only mode Displays Contradictory Information When I do /followers 2m, chat says I enabled 2 minute follower mode, but mod view says I enabled 120 minute (i.e. 2 hour) follower mode.

Lead Moderator role in viewers section Since the Lead Moderator role was introduced I think that the Lead Moderator role should be where you see all the people in he stream seperate and above the moderator role when you click on the view count so it's easy to see all the Lead Moderators and Moderators seperate.

Roles improvement (changes and add new roles) Hi,
To improve the roles, custom roles (like discord) would be the best option to fit all community needs.
If not, here a proposition of improvement of the different roles with:

language Since we have a Streamer's Default Language, and can add Languages via Tags...
You would think it would be easy for chat to have a switch to restrict text input to the languages in the Tags. English (my default), and sometimes I could add (for example) Japanese and German. With a switch in place, it would NOT permit Russian, Chinese, French, etc characters unless they also exist in my Tagged languages. Why bother pre-setting every streamer in their Default language if we CAN'T restrict the language?

Category Can we get a category made specifically for things like twerking streams of we are allowing them?

Viewbotting/Followbotting Moderators or streamers have a "report" button that notifies twitch staff of a viewbot or followbot attack and it can ping a staff member to come and watch the channel to see the attack in action so that the attacker cannot report the channel for viewbotting/following.

Shared ban list auto-ban Shared ban lists should have the option of auto-banning people on the list (instead of just monitoring or restricting them). Most likely this would have to be paired with some way of categorizing and collaborating on your ban list so you could just share a "worst of the worst" ban list with another streamer and anyone either of you adds there would be auto-banned from both your channels. This could help streamers who have shared values and a close relationship avoid problematic streamers.

Display “Viewing Stream” indicator when Streamer pulls up user chat history Often times if a disagreement has happened between viewer and steamer, the streamer will bring up a users chat history, while a mod or themselves mutes the viewer, giving them no way to respond. I can understand on principal that this may be good towards preventing escalations, but it feels cruel to the user. An indicator showing they have left viewing, can indicate that the streamer is effectively not talking to the person. Duck tape the mouth, but not the legs, so they can see you leave the room. I think targeted harassment would decrease.

Not only is this incredibly invasive and not at all conscientious, it also serves as a financial barrier to those who are unable, or unwilling to get a normal phone number. Different roles of moderator I feel it would be super interesting to have custom moderator permission. In particular i feel it woul be interesting for editor to have more permissions example changing channel points reward cooldown,etc. Example have the editor role for the video manager only.

Add the ability to choose whether mods can use blocked terms There are some terms that you just DON'T WANT in your chat, so you block them, but then a mod could come in and still use it...
My suggestion is that something like a checkbox or a dropdown is added to the Blocked Terms manager that denotes whether mods, vips, subs, etc can use a blocked term.For example, you may be ok with only mods being able to use the F word, but you REALLY don't want ANYONE to use the C, N or R words, not even mods.

Twitch needs a tiering system for moderator abilities. There needs to be an option to choose what powers moderators get. Training a new mod? give them only the ability to delete messages and give timeouts. One of your mods bans people too easily? Take away their ability to ban people. This needs to be more granular.

Experiment - Verified Chatting If Twitch for example does an experiment with having verified chatting in every stream please give us a notice on socials or even on Twitch itself. Also an option to opt out of it would be nice but I understand that verifying your phone is the future of Twitch. Since this test is not being done to every Twitch user only a select few I think it's fair to have that opt out option. A percentage will just verify phone and that's the data that Twitch wants anyway.

So if the word "Apple" is blocked, the word "Àṗṗĺĕ" would be blocked too.
Blocking every variation of a word would literally take 76 days at 100 terms per 30 seconds (rate limit by Twitch). This is for obvious reasons not a solution. And the current moderation tools are thus obviously insufficiant.

Delete individual messages without purging You can do this in VODs, why not while live? Many times a user simply made a mistake and didn't realize the full rules. I don't want to remove all context of our conversation because they put a word in a message they didn't realize was banned.
Also it's confusing for new mods to time-out instead of deleting an offending message.

Warning system update. The addition of the warning system is great. But I feel its missing something, as its too easy for users who are receiving the warning to simply accept and move on without truly reading what is being said to them. Adding the option for mod teams to timeout a user for 30s/60s/180s to make a user more attentive to what is being shown on screen is one part. But also changing how a user "accepts" said warning as well. Requiring the user to physically type out "I accept" or "I acknowledge" being the only acceptable responses.
