language
Since we have a Streamer's Default Language, and can add Languages via Tags...
You would think it would be easy for chat to have a switch to restrict text input to the languages in the Tags. English (my default), and sometimes I could add (for example) Japanese and German. With a switch in place, it would NOT permit Russian, Chinese, French, etc characters unless they also exist in my Tagged languages. Why bother pre-setting every streamer in their Default language if we CAN'T restrict the language?
As a moderator THIS IS CRUCIAL. My clients are inundated with **** like:

By enabling streamers and Moderators with a language switch, we can all do away with over 100 Blocked Terms, as they are used for **** like the list above.

This is a solid idea! Would be much easier to filter for english-only characters if I'm tagged English, and have individual messages get through on a moderator-review basis, than to dig through the Unicode table and block every "vaguely letter shaped" combo for already non-permitted terms.

I'd love to be able to turn off alternate characters to prevent spammers circumventing existing blocked terms.
