I'm still trying to run a fundraiser for a New Zealand charity. New Zealand is not even on the list of available countries to do this for. The Twitch comment elsewhere about any charity within PayPal Giving being available isn't available in New Zealand.
I don't understand how Australia can be included but New Zealand can't. -

Every time I check the charity tool and hope for New Zealand to be included but it isn't. Australia is now included (not sure when but writing this in June 2023) but still not New Zealand
Additionally the main page for charity section on User Voice says to check if our charity is in PayPal Giving Fund - this is NOT available in New Zealand.

As NoCategories commented below: there IS another suggestion with a lot of votes.
But the purpose of this suggestion here is for a READING category, which is quite different. The requesters in this suggestion are asking because they are already reading books aloud but are hard to find since they are scattered through Just Chatting, Reading Fun (a defunct educational game with no information) etc. Additionally, just using the tag Reading pulls up a lot of gamers who read the game chat aloud, not books. An error occurred while saving the comment jevvvnz commented
Hi Twitch: to clarify the need for a Reading Books or similar category- a lot of us use Reading Fun, technically it is a game (see IGDB) and they refuse to recognise it as a non-game category. Looking at how many videos are in the Reading Fun category, of people reading books NOT playing a Reading Fun game there are hundreds and hundreds https://www.twitch.tv/search?term=reading%20fun&type=videos
Categories such as Just Chatting, Makers & Crafting, Art, Music, ASMR etc all have their own "cover" image and are used as the category for that activity.
Requests have been made for a specific "reading" category since 2016, with varying numbers of votes.
The reason this request isn't getting many votes is because EVERYONE thinks Reading Fun is the right category, instead of being a random orphan game that IGDB claims it as.jevvvnz supported this idea ·

We would definitely like to give Mods a way to communicate with each other more easily, and are starting to explore implementation options.

Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

The confusing thing about the date is the statement of 4 weeks - looking at the date range they made available to me it was up to two weeks prior to the actual anniversary and up to two weeks after the actual anniversary, making a total variation of 4 weeks.
