[Feature] Viewer Engagement Panel We’re experimenting with a new way to show creators insights about their chat performance. Users with access to the experiment will see a new “When did I get the most reactions in chat?” panel on their Stream Summary page. Creators can quickly identify spikes and dips in engagement and watch the correlating time stamp of the VOD to understand what may have caused those fluctuations. We hope this tool helps creators better understand behaviors that engage their community and spot opportunities to drive more magic in chat.

15 votesSince we launched the Chat Activity panel to all streamers, we've seen great feedback and we are now experimenting with adding additional metrics that streamers can filter by beyond just chat activity. Some metrics we are adding include new subs, new followers, clips created, and average viewers. This Viewer Engagement panel is on the Stream Summary page and streamers can quickly identify spikes and dips in engagement and watch the correlating time stamp of their VOD to understand what may have caused those fluctuations. We hope this tool helps streamers better understand behaviors that engage their community and spot opportunities to drive more magic in their stream.
If you have any further questions or concerns on this please make sure to look through our help article (https://link.twitch.tv/StreamSummaryAnalytics#engagement) We look forward to hearing your feedback about how we can improve this feature!

[Feature] Category Suggestions Panel in Stream Summary Hi everyone!
We're excited to announce the Category Suggestions panel on your Overview page is now available to all streamers (this feature is not available to Partners at this time). This panel shows you categories with the most favorable viewer:channel ratios that may help increase your chances of being discovered. These categories are ranked by factors such as average hours viewed versus average hours broadcasted in the past 7 days, and exclude outliers like large partnered channels.

[Feature] Guest Star Hi all,
Guest Star is a tool we're developing, which makes it easy, safe & fun for streamers to invite guests (viewers or other streamers) to join your stream. We have recently released an early version of the tool to a select group of streamers to help us shape the final product experience via testing the technology and providing feedback on the experience. To learn more about Guest Star, please visit our help article (https://link.twitch.tv/GuestStarFAQs); and for those with early access, please share your feedback on here on UserVoice!

[Experiment] New "Views from Outside Twitch" Chart on your Discovery Page We are testing a new chart on your Discovery page in the new Analytics navigation called "Views from Outside Twitch" (Analytics>Viewers) where you can visualize and learn which outside sources your viewers came to your stream from. This chart allows a streamer to see, at a glance, how viewer trends from external sources change over time. You can also toggle off and on the sources in the legend at the bottom of the graph to get a better view of the sources you want.
This chart will give you better insight into which sources are most successful for your channel…

[Experiment] Reactions Panel We're experimenting with letting viewers react to specific moments during your stream with Reactions. We'll share these reactions with you anonymously on your Stream Summary page, so you can get a snapshot of how your community felt during key moments.
This experiment is a follow-up to the Live Viewer Feedback survey (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/live-viewer-feedback) experiment we ran earlier this year.
Learn more about Reactions or share your feedback with us here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/reactions.
