[Experiment] Tag Impressions
We're experimenting with a new way for streamers to gauge how certain tags aid them in audience discovery and growth. Tag impressions are a new metric that signify how many viewers saw your live channel when 1) they clicked on a particular tag to filter their channel results in Browse or 2) they saw your channel featured in a Twitch search result related to a specific tag. Streamers can use this data to help them understand which tags to use when they go live, which ones potentially increase their discovery for a broader audience, and how to test out mixing in new tags depending upon what they stream in the future.
We appreciate your feedback! Thank you!

I think this is a really good idea. I always look at what tags are most used in my niche and what work best for me!

This is a good idea but I hope one of these days y’all have a system in place for people who want to advertise their twitch channel outside their f twitch to bring in more viewers like platforms like instagram, twitter and etc

This is a fantastic idea - I was looking for this exact information the other day. I often don’t know which tags I should use or what keywords will help people find me. This would let us make the most of the 10 tags we’re allowed.
