Assistance when an account is not properly re-instated after suspension This has happened to a friend of mine and since he is unable to use Uservoice at this time I have taken it upon myself to bring this to the attention of Twitch.

Twitch's Men's Mental Health Guild I propose there should be a Twitch Men Mental Health Guild / Twitch Mens Mental Health Guild / Twitch Men's Mental Health Guild as Men's Mental Health is overlooked and should be recognized on platforms like Twitch. A Men Guild / Mens Guild / Men's Guild in that regard would be helpful for all men, as men are underrepresented in mental health. A twitch male streamer / male streamers in general should be given a safe space to discuss male vulnerability.

100 hours highlights your handling of the enforcement of the 100 hour highlight cap is absolute trash for many reasons.
you cut off my ability to make new highlights immediately. this meant that i was unable to make highlights of my daily streams with no prior notice.
you have terrible support for downloading videos. you have no batch download and when you download 1 at a time you give the file a generic gibberish file name, rather than use the title and date of the video, making it even harder to remove the highlights with any organization, so i have to sit there…

Disable Drops notifications I usually watch streamers because I enjoy that streamer and not because of any particular in-game rewards. Sometimes they will play a game that I would otherwise not care about and that game is offering Drops, which means that every so often, I get a notification about these Drops. I will never use them and have no interest in them. However, there does not seem to be a way to disable Drops solely as a viewer without also disabling them as a streamer. The hover link does not work. In the Stream Together feature, when hovering over the "+?" below the live stream screen, a list of other streamers is displayed, and you can click on the links. However, the URL should be "https://www.twitch.tv/<UserName>", but it is instead "https://www.twitch.tv/<DisplayName>", which does not work.

Page where followed categories are combined It would be very useful to have a dedicated page where all the categories a user follows are combined (preferred option).
Alternatively, there could be a specific filter in "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/all".Currently, if I want to see a stream from one of my 20 followed categories (but not a specific one), the only way to do this is to click on one in "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following/games", then another, and so on... 20 times.

The Twitch support is the worst **** I've ever experienced in my life Don't have a ******* email support thing if you're not actually supporting anyone over email it's just a waste of time. Don't make go looking on linkedin/twitter/this dumb forum **** just so that I can get some actual help. My main issue is there's no way to talk to a person so if the robot doesn't help I'm just ******. I guess I'll hope one of these linkedin people helps me, it feels like it would be a waste of their time, maybe if there was a dedicated support person (thinking emoji)>>>>>

New Mobile Interface is significantly worse I use Twitch on my tablet multiple times a day, and the new Interface has made navigating the starting page much less smooth and more clunky.
My usual startpage in Twitch is the tab with channels that I follow, and it was always convenient to just open twitch and immediately see all the channels I'm following that are currently live.But since the update, Twitch will instead load a random stream from those right away. I first have to navigate back to the "following" tab, and then also disable the popup on the left that shows a list with live…

Better unfollow controls The current way to unfollow channels is to click on the channel and then unfollow from there. This experience is absolutely abysmal when unfollowing large numbers of channels. On the mobile app it's even worse. Do something similar to YouTube and have a page that has all the channels you're following in alphabetical order and be able to unfollow or change notification settings all on that one page.

Give Users on UserVoice the Ability to Report Ideas as "Already Solved" or "Outdated" To give some background, I was looking through the Account Management forum and noticed at least two idea postings that, to my knowledge, have already been implemented (or partially implemented) on Twitch.tv but haven't been marked as solved or removed from the forum. Specifically, both ideas suggested removal of the mandate requiring usage of the Authy authenticator app when setting up 2FA. These appear to be out-of-date ideas because I myself in 2024 have 2FA turned ON using a competing authenticator app (i.e. not Authy).
I found it strange that these were not marked as resolved or cleared…

Stop the ridiculous price increases These price increases are getting out of hand.
People are going to turn away from twitch, I have heard a few streamers already talk about moving to different platforms.
People ARE going to stop subscribing with the latest price increase and I don’t blame them.
It’s all well and good putting the discounts on for subbing multiple months in advance but not all viewers have that as an option.
With these latest increases coming in, less people will sub to their favourite streamers, those that stream for a living will get hit and move platforms, twitch is going to lose…3 votes -
Viewing stories and/or status updates I have noticed a lot of people dislike the placement of the stories segment... I can understand that they should be seen but the placement they are in right now is really annoying... so I would recommend that they may be put into their own tab on the top right (like the direct message notifications as well as the other notifications are) and also I've met a lot of people (myself included) that wish there was a "Mark all as read" button for all the different notification types...

Recommendations This is a 100% legitimate question which I would really like to see a response to: how many times, exactly, do I have to tell your algorithm that I am NOT interested in a channel before it actually stops spamming that channel across my home page & sidebar recommendations? Whatever the number is, I will gladly do it in order to stop seeing channels and topics which I not only have zero interest in, but which in some cases I find personally offensive.
