2FA broken PLEASE fix 2 factor authentication. Whenever we (partner + I on individual accounts) try to enable it, nothing happens, or an error occurs, and after VERY FEW tries Twitch just says "We've sent too many messages. Try again later." Either set this message limit to a much higher value, or maybe try to fix some underlying issue. Maybe this has something to do with my location, I am based in Europe.

Twitch not support Samsung Browser Samsung have release new Samsung Browser for Desktop Windows. When twitch it keep redirect to m.twitch.tv and when open help.twitch.tv it display the browser is not support.

feedbak When watching live streams on Twitch, the streaming lags, and often it's not the fault of the streamer or the viewer. There's a problem with the platform. Even when the ad starts, it often bugs out and lags or even freezes sometimes. I hope someone who works on the platform sees this post and does something to fix the platform's fluidity

Kindly unf*** yourselves and follow your own contractual terms. If Twitch is based in California, and follows the laws of California AND per their streamer contracts, forces their streamers (not employees) to follow California's laws, then WHY are you caving to the UK's online safety act?
Ofcom has no power to fine foreign companies, as we have learned from 4Chan, yet you have caved.
Compliance on one law means they'll force you to comply with more. I don't think you're ready for the UK's stance on employees/workers/independent contractors.

I have all of the adult stuff hidden but yet when I go to Just Chatting or pretty much any category I'm introduced to people in essentially no clothing and a camera pointed at their chest or genitals. Obscure the part of a VOD that I can't see, instead of the full VOD For some reason, even if i'm on a legal age, i can't watch gambling VODs from Italy. I don't care at all about gamblings. I just wanted to watch a Chess VOD that has gambling later on the stream. Why can't we just hide the gambling part, like we do with music copyright for example? And leave the rest of the VOD viewable?

punishing streamers who breach terms of service Hello, from watching asmongold's content it seems pretty obvious that hassan piker supports terrorism and his community harasses other content creators online and his community is unmoderated.
If no action will be taken by any twitch staff to review hassan piker content for any breach of terms of service, then other twitch streamers who breach terms of service may become more brazen.
If tectone calls another content creator online obese and that is against twitch terms of service then how has hassan piker not breached any of twitch's terms of service?

100 hours highlights your handling of the enforcement of the 100 hour highlight cap is absolute trash for many reasons.
you cut off my ability to make new highlights immediately. this meant that i was unable to make highlights of my daily streams with no prior notice.
you have terrible support for downloading videos. you have no batch download and when you download 1 at a time you give the file a generic gibberish file name, rather than use the title and date of the video, making it even harder to remove the highlights with any organization, so i have to sit there…

New Mobile Interface is significantly worse I use Twitch on my tablet multiple times a day, and the new Interface has made navigating the starting page much less smooth and more clunky.
My usual startpage in Twitch is the tab with channels that I follow, and it was always convenient to just open twitch and immediately see all the channels I'm following that are currently live.But since the update, Twitch will instead load a random stream from those right away. Better unfollow controls The current way to unfollow channels is to click on the channel and then unfollow from there. This experience is absolutely abysmal when unfollowing large numbers of channels. On the mobile app it's even worse. Do something similar to YouTube and have a page that has all the channels you're following in alphabetical order and be able to unfollow or change notification settings all on that one page.

Viewing stories and/or status updates I have noticed a lot of people dislike the placement of the stories segment... I can understand that they should be seen but the placement they are in right now is really annoying... so I would recommend that they may be put into their own tab on the top right (like the direct message notifications as well as the other notifications are) and also I've met a lot of people (myself included) that wish there was a "Mark all as read" button for all the different notification types...

Recommendations This is a 100% legitimate question which I would really like to see a response to: how many times, exactly, do I have to tell your algorithm that I am NOT interested in a channel before it actually stops spamming that channel across my home page & sidebar recommendations?
