Kindly unf*** yourselves and follow your own contractual terms.
If Twitch is based in California, and follows the laws of California AND per their streamer contracts, forces their streamers (not employees) to follow California's laws, then WHY are you caving to the UK's online safety act?
Ofcom has no power to fine foreign companies, as we have learned from 4Chan, yet you have caved.
Compliance on one law means they'll force you to comply with more. I don't think you're ready for the UK's stance on employees/workers/independent contractors.
Kindly get your s*** together.
Cheers.
