Avoid getting blocked users on Twitch's front page As a viewer who has blocked a few streamers for harassment, intimidation and threats, I still can see some on them in the carousel on my PC despite having blocked all of them.
I would believe that a full blocking would need to block them in the carousel as an addition to not see them in recommandations and block them from seeing our interactions on Twitch as it happens on Youtube.7 votes -

Bring back an improved version of Host Mode as a safer “Live Event Host” feature for community events Bring back an improved version of Host Mode as a safer “Live Event Host” feature for community events.
I’d like Twitch to reconsider bringing back channel hosting, not necessarily in the exact same form as the old Host Mode, but as a redesigned feature that solves the problems Twitch identified when it was removed.
I understand why the original Host Mode had issues. If viewers were watching a hosted stream on another channel’s page, they might not understand where they were, which chat they were in, who they were supporting, or how to interact with the actual live streamer. It…

Allow Streamers to award Channel Points to Viewers With the introduction of Power Ups in the Channel Point Rewards menu, and the possibility of custom Power Ups on the horizon, I believe it is time for Twitch to allow streamers the option to manually award viewers with channel points.
My stream experience heavily revolves around the interactions and activities I create using the Channel Point rewards menu. However, my viewers often spend their points faster than they can earn them, which ultimately halts all stream interactions until they regain enough points by watching. While this increases watch time for dedicated viewers, it can also drive others away or…

Allow editing of the reason for a ban Please allow the editing of a reason for a channel ban.
Specifically, allow the editing of the reason text of a channel ban, without unbanning the user in question first. It is important that the user stays banned during this process, and that the timestamp of when the user was initially banned is preserved.
I am someone who likes to tell users why they have been banned, often in great detail, so that they may easily see the error of their ways and show remorse for their actions before submitting an unban request. However, it is a regular occurrence, that…6 votes -

raid whitelist A raid-allow whitelist of channels, that is toggled on/off, will allow streamers to control the channels that are allowed to raid, removing one of the current threats to safety for marginalized communities trying to operate on Twitch in the context of hate raiders often performed by bot accounts.

Increased search features for browsing streams Increased search features for browsing streams .eg. multiple tag refinement and filter out keywords or games.
Filtering by multiple tags would allow to search all streams using particular language as well as specific tags like comfy/variety/chatty etc.
And filtering out would allow to reduce results by removing games or tags you're not interested in.

Age Gate streamers Streamers like (Admin Edit - don't call out people directly, please) are bringing the quality of TTV down, and fast. A lot of people share the same sentiment in thinking this kind of content doesn't belong on twitch.
I'm also calling for an age restriction on these like-minded streamers. No child should be able to access these streams from Twitches home page. You should also have to confirm your age on twitch so that no children are seeing this kind of content.

Mature warning requested Asmr and cosplays should have mature audience warning or enter age to view stream. Most of the Asmr sessions and cosplays are adult oriented not suitable for children to view. Some Asmr sessions are ****** noises and cosplays are usually nudity. Also helps to put a mature warning on there channel. Like NC-17 or Rated R. Enter with caution.

Implement an ignored users list I would like Twitch to implement an ignored users list, accessible via settings page, with the ability to at least view the users that are currently on one's /ignore list. Bonus points for allowing us to also add/remove users from said list via the same page.
I know this functionality is already available via third-party tools and it's not a high priority feature, would just like to see it on the road map if it isn't already.

Prevent Harassment through Channel Point Redemption Abuse It's getting more and more common for streamers to get harassed by bad actors who create burner accounts with offensive, foul, and sometimes even threatening names, and bypass all forms of chat moderation by simply redeeming a channel point redeeming and having their name appear in native twitch chat as "[threatening name] has redeemed _____"
At this point there is literally no way to stop it. You cant remove the twitch message, you can't prevent it from being posted. Banning does nothing because you can only ban them post-redemption. And they'll just create another account and do it anyway.
Chat…
