New experimental UI is worst thing I've seen on a video hosting website
This new experimental UI is worst thing I've seen on a video hosting website. It's not bad because it's different, it's bad because it's a horribly poor use of visual space, i.e. it's LESS optimal. There's now a big blank area under the video. The video is also not in an optimal viewing position. I have to look slightly down to have the video in the center of the screen, as it used to be. It's clear that whoever developed it either doesn't use Twitch or has a backwards understanding of how visual space works.
Please add an option to revert back to the previous UI.
(In general, any user should be able to opt out of experimental features.)

Also, the layout change is hurting people's necks. I just decided to always scroll down a little and unfortunately lose out on seeing the streamer icon, title, time, tags, follow button, share button, and report button.

Yes, this new layout is so dumb, takes away space unnecessarily. Please put it back to the bottom.

Having all the infos of the stream at the top of the player is already a bad idea given that traditionally all the big video platforms have them at the bottom of the player.
But detaching the sub buttons from everything and leaving them at the bottom, next to a big bar of nothing, is just bad design objectively. Please give an option to revert to the previous layout or come up with a more optimal solution.

The number of times that I have inadvertently hit share is insane. I am not a streamer and I'm not about to share another streamer's live (totally poor form and if you wanted this to be an option then just bring back hosting)
Also replace X with Bluesky while you are at it on the share button since many of us are not on that hate train.
It wasn't enough to tick off the mobile users that you had to make the PC users jump on that angry train
