Gotta be visible to DJ?!
I signed up to this new DJ program but opted out after discovering in the terms that I have to be visible and talk!
I don't like the idea that I have to be visible on a DJ stream because it reveals my identity and I wish to stay anonymous!
It makes me feel unsafe and vulnerable!
When I used to be a DJ in nightclubs, I was never visible to the public and I would prefer to stay invisible!
Also, I never did any talking, I would just play ******* tunes for 5 hours and everyone loved it!
Personally, I've never liked it when DJs talk over music!
I don't want people to see what I look like or any of my stuff!

I don't talk to people, never have, even when doing private events or large scale club events. The music talks for me.
Also never going to have a camera on me, the decks? Sure, but never facing me.
Do what makes you comfortable.

Agree with DenpaYurei_EN vtubing could be a great option for you.
You can comply with the terms without a camera. What they don't want is the 24/7 robot-run playlist/radio streams - that's what the terms are there for.
You will probably be ok to do your stream as you wish without suffering from enforcement action, you just have to find a way to make it clear that it's an interactive and live DJing performance - that way you will totally avoid any grey areas or misunderstandings. Perhaps you can share your DJ software if you're using that, and people can watch you select and load tracks. If you have turntables, some crafting streamers have a camera that shows their hands only, something similar could work for you perhaps. Just some ideas.
As long as you have some visual part of your stream and interacting with chat, you will be complying.
