TRr4M, you clearly don't understand how twitch handles their website and you obviously don't understand how to utilize your settings. You most likely have enabled the settings that recommend you these streams, learn how optimizing your options help you better your experience on the website so that you can navigate the twitch's website more comfortably and stop target harassing people that you don't like, it's obvious and it shows. Just stop.

TRr4M, Twitch staff don't manually select streams to be featured on the front page.. manually clicking on their stream to block or report them isn't the only options, there's the three dots to click on that have the options to not recommend you these streams. Stop target harassing people. There is enough hate going around escalating harassment when you don't even know how Twitch handles their front page, grow up.

Twitch has a setting where you can enable or disable to blur a thumbnail and/or recommend you a stream "that you might like" there is also a setting to remove what kind of content you are not interested in, sexual themes, profanity, gambling etc.
Twitch had already provided everything they can.
Utilize the settings to enable or disable what you want to see, if there is a streamer that is not utilizing these options and you believe it breaks twitch's ToS then you can report them..Every other post on here is just email spamming notifications for things that twitch had already addressed.

Stop spreading false information and fear mongering TRr4M, the options are in settings if you see anything that disregards twitch ToS because the streamer isn't utilizing the appropriate themes while streaming then report it.. that is the only way to get these types of streams.. if the streamer isn't using the appropriate themes these streams will pop up on front page etc. ...stop trying to cancel people following twitch ToS in the way it is intended.

TRr4M, is that burner account to harass people that you're attempting to mass report for creating content that you're not even interested in?
You're able to opt-out of any ads that targets you in the settings.. twitch provides enough settings to do so, stop trying to cancel people. -

The channel has the appropriate labels, other channels that got suspended didn't utilize the function, arguing over something that is being used correctly isn't going to do anything

Twerking is allowed on twitch the last I've seen, I filtered the content out so that the website doesn't recommend me that content

This would have been an issue if IsTHISRealVR did not label her stream as "sexual themes" however she has it labeled. As much as I dislike sexual themes and vulgar language, her stream is properly labeled for such content.

@vrchat_commandments The top left of the stream has the appropriate flair, streams that don't utilize the "has sexual themes", "has profanity" etc are not allowed to post/stream with this content. The clip clearly has that flair at the top left indicating sexual themes in which their stream is allowed.

Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

@cowgirlcasanova13 if you the viewer has seen the streamer do or say something you're able to report them, as long as you've never said anything in chat to trigger them because of harassment then there isn't a problem. If you said something as the viewer and it occurs in you getting banned, then thats a you as a viewer problem. This option that twitch has added was one of the best things added. If you don't like it then thats because you don't understand how the Internet works and how people want to stay safe.

@cowgirlcasanova13 the idea is hene of the best that twitch has offered, if sharing a stream is so important to you just get the url like any other person and share it. The other options that you have provided being not being able to chat, well the user is banned how are they going to chat?? Since you're mentioning supporting the streamer, the streamer banned them for a reason. Heck, I have this setting ticked on because it's so useful.
Another Twitch W, just gotta remove all sexual themes from the site and all is great!Thank you Twitch!

Being LGBTQIA+ or being mentally ill (ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD etc.) and getting reported because of having a disability or being different is super disappointing, Twitch should improve this part of their tos as well, thats so sad..
(note: I'm not using 'mentally ill' as a threat or anything, being I myself have AuDHD, GAD, MDD, and PTSD.)

I have no idea why theres a minor spamming copy pasta, however StartGame88 and Gamer90 have constructive W takes, please twitch fix your tos and protect the children bypassing your age restrictions by making burner accounts to watch this horrendous content. Thank you!

It should be self explanatory to not have your character model show any sort of nudity or sexual themes, the Vtuber/VRchat character model is an extension of the streamer, aka you are that anime character, you become the equivalent of people that use webcam and stream themselves showing nudity and would be considered the same thing.
Perhaps being a vtuber could help?
