Option to filter out Sexual Themes
While I believe that creators should have some freedom to do what they want, I also believe viewers should have the freedom to exclude certain content from their searches on Twitch. As is right now, I cannot find a way to filter out streams marked with "Sexual Themes" through the search bar on Twitch. Simply searching the word "art" brings up any stream with the "art" tag, which could be a stream with the "Sexual Themes" CCL.
In fact I just did this, the top 5 results included two streams of IRL streamers in barely any clothes, dancing in a sexual manner. These streams are both marked as "Sexual Themes". Whether or not you consider that to be art isn't the issue; viewers should have the ability to filter out any content they don't want to see from the start. This should be one of the first things people do when they create an account.
(This mainly considers viewers who are 18+; there are some adults who would rather not see certain themes. I don't have a suggestion for viewers under 18, that's something your legal team needs to quickly work out.)

TRr4M, Twitch staff don't manually select streams to be featured on the front page.. manually clicking on their stream to block or report them isn't the only options, there's the three dots to click on that have the options to not recommend you these streams. Stop target harassing people. There is enough hate going around escalating harassment when you don't even know how Twitch handles their front page, grow up.

To clarify my comment, there is a section on the front page of twitch where the streamers recommended their are chosen *manually* by twitch staff.
Some of the streamers there are most certainly intending for their streams to be viewed by mature audiences.
They technically don't meet the definition of p0rnography or whatever, but when the window for their webcam is bigger than the window for their gameplay, I don't really think you can argue that their stream is SFW.
Since these streams aren't tagged with "sexual themes", they get shown to everyone (and we are talking about content that was *chosen* by twitch staff, so you can't say that reporting it would do anything (also there is no option to report/block them unless you are actually click on it first)). -

Twitch has a setting where you can enable or disable to blur a thumbnail and/or recommend you a stream "that you might like" there is also a setting to remove what kind of content you are not interested in, sexual themes, profanity, gambling etc.
Twitch had already provided everything they can.
Utilize the settings to enable or disable what you want to see, if there is a streamer that is not utilizing these options and you believe it breaks twitch's ToS then you can report them..Every other post on here is just email spamming notifications for things that twitch had already addressed.

this is the biggest issue i have with twitch right now
twitch even recommends these streamers on their front page, bypassing any preferences you have set to avoid them
