This would also increase the number of new chatters in the stream being raided, as more people would use the raid call.

I'm a new music streamer and not a professional musician. A viewer-side-mixer would help my viewers give me feedback on my audio levels, ie mic vs keyboard, as the most engaged viewers could adjust themselves and then let me know what their preferred settings are, so that I can adjust to match for everyone to enjoy.
Also when I'm streaming games, viewers would like to mute the music and play their own.
Viewers who enter the stream and are not happy with the levels or music can immediately fix it.
All these use cases would increase the enjoyment level of my streams, viewer retention, and help me make my stream better!
