Add a discovery shelf for Support New DJ Streamers collection
Add a discovery shelf for Support New DJ Streamers collection. This would mirror https://www.twitch.tv/directory/collection/support-new-music-streamers-streams and highlight small-CCV DJ streamers of all genres. This would help with discovery and community building, by giving DJ fans a place to check out new DJ streamers. It would also help promote the DJ Program.
