Allow users to block streamers from showing up on their pages
You shouldn't have to have a reportable offence to block twitch streamers.
As it is right now the user technically has to file a potential false report in order to block streamers and that is by design. On tik tok I can just block that tiktoker without filling a report and I never see their videos on my page again.

You do not have to file a report to block a user. You may block a user with chat command /block and input their username.

Streamers do not need to file a report to ban users. Why then do users have to file a report to block streamers from their feeds?
