Blocked Users shouldn't see my messages
Currently, if I block a person on Twitch, they can still see my messages in Twitch chat. I think it would be a lot better if a person cannot see the messages of someone who has them blocked, in the same way I can't see their messages if I have them blocked. It should go both ways.

I agree that blocking should provide a more complete separation, especially when the goal is to avoid unwanted interactions. If someone has been blocked, preventing them from seeing the blocker’s chat messages would make the feature feel more consistent and give users greater control over their experience.

Also we shouldn’t see the blocked user’s message when people use the reply function

If two streamers are having conflict with each other and One streamer blocks/bans the other for personal reasons, but not TOS reasons, the banned streamer should be able to Block/Ban the Streamer who did it to them for their own safety without having to file a report against the channel they want to Ban so the channel owner is unable to view their channel or streams should they choose to unban in the future.
Otherwise a mechanism needs to be in place where, if a channel bans you, they are automatically added to your ban list for your channel as a safety mechanism. -

Agreed. I’m so tired of blocking someone & still seeing their messages. Unless the mods in the channel block them it’s a useless feature because it does NOTHING currently

Agreed. I don't want people I've blocked to be seeing me at all. I've blocked them for a reason.

Please add this and also prevent the people you've blocked from seeing you in the viewer list of streams.

What the heck?! How is this not a thing yet - block means blocked overall - instead twitch allows us to be harassed

This definitely needs to be a thing. I really don't understand why it has not already been implemented by twitch. Once blocked both parties should no longer see anything once blocked.
