If two streamers are having conflict with each other and One streamer blocks/bans the other for personal reasons, but not TOS reasons, the banned streamer should be able to Block/Ban the Streamer who did it to them for their own safety without having to file a report against the channel they want to Ban so the channel owner is unable to view their channel or streams should they choose to unban in the future.
Otherwise a mechanism needs to be in place where, if a channel bans you, they are automatically added to your ban list for your channel as a safety mechanism.
