Idea: Changes or the very least, more transparency on what constitutes as a ban from twitch in regards to breaking streamer guidelines. I also think it'd be fair as well if someone was banned unfairly, how they can have their repeal submission process proceed in an efficient and transparent manner as well.

Examples: Several esports players who have admitted to harassment, grooming, and assault on other community have their accounts still up and not banned (anti, cinnepie). Inversely, NairoMK who has new evidence from a lawsuit showing he was in fact a victim of **** has his account banned.

Resolution: Please reconsider how you go about banning people who've done terrible things by conducting a thorough investigation on suspect individuals (likely will have to be a case by case procedure not directed by algorithms), with transparency from twitch to the community members, and reevaluate how people who may have been unjustly banned, by being transparent in the repeal application.

Furthermore, twitch needs to be more consistent on who gets a ban vs who doesn't. Inconsistent enforcement policies from Twitch allows so many streamers who have a history of breaking the Terms of Service on their platform to continue to be able to profit off the misfortune or abuse of others.
