an actual response from another person would be highly appreciated, instead of the cold shoulder we used to getting after a suspension.

i was recently suspended for "Botted or automated account" with not even a
reminder notice, now please explain to me how is it my responsibly if people are
making fake accounts? it is unfair the way you guys handle thing in such way i
feel like i was suspended unfairly and even though i got my account back i
thought il share this as an awareness on towards people look into it more then address the situation thank you.

I recently got banned for mistyping my age as 12 when I am 22. My history on twitch clearly proves my age. I appealed the ban and got rejected within 30 seconds without any request to verify my age. It seems very unprofessional to get banned without adequate evidence to justify the ban. I thought I could trust the quality of twitch support for their users.

I was recently hacked and suspended and honestly reading the lack of support or feedback from others is extremely worrying, I have severe anxiety and mental health issues, I could be sitting around checking my emails daily for the next few years by the sounds of things, how on Earth do things get this bad?

Funny how 2 years later I have the EXACT same issue.. just an automatic response, and whenever (once every 10 customer support requests) you get an email back saying "For any specific tax-related inquiries, please set the category as follows: Affiliates > Payouts > Tax Forms. For any other inquiries related to your Affiliate account, feel free to specify the category as provided in the help portal so that we can best assist you." which is USELESS.
