  1. Will the next steps to help creators with DMCA warning and take downs to be more proactive? So far, what I've seen, is that Twitch has been more reactive.
Is it a feasible solution for Twitch to be an intermediary for creators and the music industry to broker a solution that would allow creators to pay a fee for the use of copyrighted music. I'm sure that many creators would like to have that opportunity and if Twitch were willing to find a way to make a deal with the music industry to facilitate this, Twitch would be seen as…

  4. 1.impose copyright costs on TWITCH subscription fees so that all replay videos with copyrighted music can only be viewed by subscribers

2.Troubleshoot music copyright issues with fees by banning all third-party Donation Apps and allowing only beats(official donation) (doing so on Korean streaming sites)

3.Dividing profits with copyright holders like YOUTUBE

  6. Allow us to upload our music licenses to our twitch account so we cannot get DMCA'd for music we have been given permission to use or have created our selves any more. At the very least it would expedite disputing a DMCA in most cases...

  7. Allow us to upload the license proof for rights to play or the CC Attribution playlist for music before a stream, so we don't get muted or a copyright strike. I got muted today for music I played was CC Attrib from an artist I am a patron for and they release all their music that way. I would be happy to give you my playlist and if applicable upload proof that what I play is ok to do so. The current system is super frustrating.

  8. Last night 1/20/21 I was streaming music from my Apple Music list. I could not cite the music properly in the stream due to the browser link not scaling to the window size that is appropriate for viewers to view my stream. My stream would have been covered by 1/3 if I sited properly.

What I am asking for is if the scaling can be fixed so citing can be done properly through Twitch and not a 3rd party app.

    Thank you

  9. Take the currently played song information, log that back to twitch, take the twitch stream viewer count, count those twitch stream viewers as additional song streams. For instance, a streamer is playing song A on Spotify, that info is logged back to twitch, the viewer count on the twitch stream is 1000. Therefore, Spotify should get 1000 streams (or some other percentage that is deemed translatable) on said song.

  10. Clips using Bensound songs (which is a royalty free music site) are getting auto removed. This shouldn't be happening! I even have a license for use of music on Twitch and they're still getting auto removed. https://bensound.com/licensing

  11. It is unfair to expect that individuals will be able to handle the copyright requirements for streaming all over the world, "it would be next to impossible for an individual DJ to clear the rights needed globally to stream a mix. This is not the fault of artists or labels. It’s down to the platforms"
Please follow the example from the Mixcloud platform. I think Amazon is big enough to be able to handle this.

  12. An app to guide your desktop audio output through so it can be deleted without also removing the microphone output, so we can allow for the creations of clips again without fear of DMCA strikes on clips and VODS while maintaining the streamers speech. Just like "Soundtrack for Twitch" but without the forced 'royalty free music'. basically a way to mute/remove desktop audio from Vods/clips.

  14. I gotten a Appeal Muted Audio almost been 14 days would be nice if someone look at it before gets deleted from the site you know how about not letting music get muted if no one is going to review the video seem unfair don't you think? Not even a opinion to explain what happened or download the video without the Muted Audio but just like YouTube twitch is on the side of the music people not there users on the site

  15. When choosing what game you're about to stream on Twitch, it would be easy if Twitch could start keeping track of or have a record of which (major) games will copy strike their in-game music or sounds. Having to accept a checkbox stating 'this game does not allow streaming of its in-game music' would really be beneficial and stop hundreds of strikes from happening in the first place.
If streamers knew before hand and had to accept immediately-muted VODs for those games, it would probably save a lot of time on everyone's end.
If you accept the box, your VOD…

  16. Do what Google does to protect Youtube instead of bending over and giving up your content creators to bots or overzealous music producers. Until you do I'm just going to watch Youtube streams

  18. How about giving us a Creator Camp about how to LEGALY play Pop Music,
dont Start with Monstercat, Streambeats, Pretzel or Soundtrack,
they have "music" but most of us Speak about Popular Music,
Katy Perry, Michael Jackson, Korn, and so on, you Know Music that plays in the Radio, most of us aren't intersted in "just random" background music.

  19. It would be a win-win situation for everyone involved if we could buy the music we listen to in streams directly on Amazon. Why can't you just display a buy button for music played on Twitch?

If I listen to something on Twitch, I can't buy it because I don't know the name of the track and the artist and in the chat questions often get lost. You hardly get any information on video requests anyway.

I buy more and more music on Amazon. Amazon now has a large selection of even very small labels. I don't understand why Twitch…

  20. What is the directive for game ost? I had some of my VoD muted because of the game ost I was playing.

I can undestand when it is a third party song, but a voiceless game soundtrack?
