Display List URL In IGDB listings, Japanese kana are romanized and kanjis are displayed as Chinese readings.
Example: 今年終了したゲーム (means games finished this year)

(Japanese readings: kotoshi-shyuuryou-shitagemu)If Japanese list names are to be romanized, the kanji should also be romanized. Actually, I could not think of any advantage of romanizing Japanese list names. Why couldn't we just generate a random code?

API doesnt return version_parent or version_title I cannot seem to get versionparent or versiontitle fields back as my query returns a bunch of the same games and I am assuming it is a version thing like if I can filter by the main game only. I have even tried where parent_game = null and it doesnt seem to do anything

Merging multiple Pending Edits of the same entry into a single post in "Your Changes" In "Your Changes/Contributions", if you have re-edited the same entry multiple times, be it for corrections or to add additional data prior to Approval, you will see multiple posts for the same entry. This can overload the page with alot of duplicates that don't really change points from each or vary the points awards after Approval.
It would probably be more appropriate if these duplicates were just merged into a single entry.

Allow all NFSW / Adult games as long as nothing too suggestive is shown Some types of adult games are restricted as per the contribution guidelines. As a video game database I think all games should be allowed. Even if it's only allowed in title and description without any picture or links to the game itself.

Stop treating volunteers as though they're an annoyance when they submit content One of the things that really confuses me about IGDB is that I often have interactions with IGDB admins that make me wonder if they know Twitch isn't paying me to work for IGDB.
IGDB admins have repeatedly been very snappy with me when I make several contributions to the database, and have gone out of their way to make it obvious how annoyed they are with me. So let me spell it out louder for the people in the back,

Sorting and folders for channel categories in sidebar It would be extremely helpful for people with large numbers of followed channels to select particular categories in the left-hand channel sidebar. For example, if I want to only see channels playing Grand Theft Auto V, I could sort by category and open a drop down list.

Crypto There are two suggestions over here, the first one is fixing the Crypto Category, it only has got the coins logos, but the description is completely wrong, which should be fixed.
Second thing is that it would be good if Twitch use Crypto as payment methods, less fees, available in more countries. I believe that the platform will generate larger income.

New parameter to multiplayer modes endpoint It would be nice if the endpoint multiplayer modes provides a boolean "isGameOnline" and "isGameOffline" (or something like that), showing if the game is entirely offline, entirely online or the both. For example, Dark Souls can be played online or offline, so the parameters will be set to "true". Cuphead, for example, would have the first parameter set to “false” and the second as "true" because the game does not offer a way to play online. I'm sure this simple parameter can be extremely useful!

Games falsely reporting a multitude of platforms I've noticed several games (it seems largely this happens with games that used to be one single entry but got split into a main game and ports) where the main game entry reports several platforms via the API that it no longer has in the web interface. If you go into try to change it, it seems to believe that only the single main platform is actually listed, but the API reports all of the platforms that had previously been associated with the game. A really good example is pulling the info for this game via the API:

"Demo Available" Data Point While Demos are not permitted as entries, a "Demo Available" Data Point would be something that could help guide traffic to titles they can try before they buy.

"Crowdfunded" Data Points While you can enter something into entries in Keywords, and the Guidelines require a title to have completed the funded stage of any crowdfunding effort, it would be nice to include a Data Points on a title being started in a crowdfunded effort such as a checkbox of a title was funded this way. Or, a Release/Status date that you could denote the date in which it was funded.
It would also be helpful to link the original funding pages like Kickstarter, Indigogo, and others.

Custom Lists Sorting Bug in Downloable CSV I'm not sure if this is the right category to report website bugs such as this one, but I recently noticed the "default" sorting orders of my custom lists aren't showcased properly on the downloadable CSV, but the public page will be sorted ok and correctly numbered.

Games + Demos Category Cover Art Submission The popular category 'Games + Demo's' currently has missing cover art.
I reached out to the IGDB team and they said "As these specific categories are directly handled by Twitch and generally handled internally, it would best be submitted to their UserVoice" with that being said, I would like to submit a piece of Cover Art for approval for the category.

Incorrect Game Cover Aspect Ratio listing in Karma Hunters As I make changes to entries on existing titles in the database, the Karma Hunters Contributions listing focuses on entries that are Missing Covers or box art entirely. This omits entries that have been uploaded from Steam that display in 600x900 and do not adhere to the 3:4 ratio that would display in the Twitch category. It would be great to see a global breakdown of those that are in error so they can be addressed by the community.
