Wrong category displayed Hello!
Every time someone streams about our football manager game Hattrick, they select the following category: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/hattrick
but once the stream is finished, the wrong Hattrick is shown:
https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/hattrick-1This happens every single time. We tried changing the name into Hattrick Football Manager Game to avoid confusion but it wasn't allowed. Can it be fixed, please?

"full" localization Hello there,
I'm wondering if there is a plan for a "full" localization of IGDB.
I gave a quick look here, but didn't found any information regarding localization.It would be great to be able to add localization by language-region code (IETF BCP 47).
Many fields don't need to be localized, but some others (summary, storyline, cover (that may change from one language to another), videos, ...) could be a real added-value if they were localized.This feature would also impact API either you want to return all language by default or filter by language / region.

Granboard Several streamers play darts when they stream. The current dart categories are general or just incorrect on what they, including myself are actually playing. The main two formats for darts are steel tip and soft tip. The prevalent soft tip at-home product is an app called Granboard. This is what the majority of soft tip dart streamers play on.
It would be nice if we could have that to add as the category we stream, instead of the generic "darts" which is usually just wrong.

Request for Separate Twitch Categories for osu! Game Modes Hello Twitch Support Team,
I would like to request the addition of separate Twitch categories for the four distinct game modes in osu!. Currently, all modes are grouped under a single osu! category, which makes it difficult for viewers to find content related to the mode they are most interested in.
Reasons for Separate Categories:
1. Each mode has unique gameplay mechanics and communities:
- osu!standard: Classic circle-clicking rhythm gameplay.
- osu!taiko: A drumming-based rhythm game inspired by Taiko no Tatsujin.
- osu!catch: A fruit-catching mode with entirely different mechanics.
- osu!mania: A vertical scrolling rhythm game similar to DDR/StepMania.…

Add a new game type: "subgame"/"portion"/"component" Games that only exist as part of a bundle or collection are classified under "Main Game", with nothing suggesting their association to the actual main game. Examples of this include the subgames of Kirby Super Star and UFO 50, along with games such as Bowser's Fury, Minion Quest, and Shadow Generations that were included with ports of older games. It would be nice to have these games be linked with the package they're included in.

Can you rename the Jump King category back to Jump King it's actual name? Someone has named it "tactical leaping adventure" Can you rename the Jump King category back to Jump King, it's actual name? Someone has named it "tactical leaping adventure - there is a smoking hot babe at the top" Why someone decided to change the name of a category that has stood for 6 years to something utterly stupid and not what it's actual name is is beyond me but the whole community thinks it's stupid, also very long and awkward. New "Coexist" Category Hello, I would like to propose a new category called 'Coexist'. The concept is mainly based on the Body Doubling technique and allows me, as a streamer, to create a platform where people can exchange information, chat, or simply keep each other 'company'.
The main objective is a connection without a central theme, but solely with the goal of 'presence'. On my channel, I would like to address topics concerning mental wellness and conditions like ADHD.

Please allow non-standard store links I understand the idea behind the current "Store link" system, but it does seem sad that you can't link to developers own websites, for example.
Nine Sols (https://www.igdb.com/games/nine-sols) has a bunch of links to the official store fronts, but no link to their own website (https://shop.redcandlegames.com/bundles/nine-sols-drm-free-bundle), which AFAIK is the only place to get the game DRM-free.
At a bare minimum I'd like to see a "Developer website"-field under "Store links", but a more robust solution would be to allow a list of "Other websites" or some such. But I understand that such a feature might…

Improve Karma Hunters Categories I think Karma Hunters could be improved by adding more categories. Currently, some useful options are missing, such as:
- Incorrect Game Cover Aspect Ratio or Size
- Missing Company
- Missing Engine
- Missing Artwork
Adding these categories to Karma Hunters would make it easier to help games that still lack information.

My "Episodic Type" category is missing (Asleep: Ato 2) I need to bring online a specific category of my game (Asleep) with a new episode.
We're launching Asleep divided by Episodes. The first one "Asleep: Ato 1" was released last year. The second one "Asleep: Ato 2" will be released very soon. We already have both categories in IGDB, but apparently "Asleep: Ato 2" was removed from Twitch categories, just for being an "Extension/Episode" type in IDGB - We can't change "Asleep: Ato 2" for a Main Game type there.
Can someone from Twitch help us with this, I already tried Twitch Support, but there is no topic related…

Add Roku as a platform for games Roku has ~450 games on it developed specifically for it (proprietary language), and should be included as a platform. The games land somewhere between early iOS and flash games, while also having some ports of arcade and DOS classics (Prince of Persia, Galaga, Pacman, Tetris, etc). There are still games actively being released, some of which are exclusive to this platform.

Add a client program Category Some games use client programs split from the main game itself. It would be nice to have a category for the client programs so they can be detected as well, because just adding the game it won't show up automatically as it uses that client program.

Additional categorization I used to think this was necessary but I think the keywords are much more consistent now so maybe not.
However, still want to ask if there is any thought to add more fields to the categorization section, to call out some of the more important information?
My first thoughts were around art style and soundtrack, although defining some soundtracks could be difficult. If these fields were more consistent, they could be more easily used in the advanced search.
