Chart Raiders - skill-based fantasy/day-trading esport (dev request) I'm the developer/publisher of Chart Raiders, so this request comes directly from the rights holder — no third-party IP or provenance concerns.
Chart Raiders is the world's first fantasy trading / day trading esport: a real-time, skill-based competitive game. Streamers need a dedicated category so viewers can find Chart Raiders content.
Context: an IGDB admin previously declined it under "Games of Skill" and referred me to Twitch. It's a skill-based competitive esport in the same family as daily fantasy sports and poker (both supported on Twitch), and is not slots/roulette/dice or tied to any prohibited gambling site. Happy to provide…

Tarot category is incorrect and/or missing At some point in the last couple of weeks there has been a change to the Tarot category. When you go into Browse and search for it there are no results, yet it does exist if you scroll to find it. Tarot streamers are unable to make that their category if they change from it, they cannot change back. When you do happen to find the Tarot category, it is no longer correct.
Tarot has been around since the 15th century and is not a game that was only released to Japan in 1988. There is not an alternative Category…

Rust console edition to recieve access to twitch drops Whether this be the already existing drops on the steam version of the game, or that RCE has its own system in place to be able to host its own events and have its own skins.
RCE is developed by Double Eleven yes. However the RUST IP still belongs to Facepunch Studios and they do hold a say in the games development.
Many players within the RCE community have wished for drops to come for a long time. Not only because they look awsome, but its a nice, free option for players who cannot purchase the skins provided in the…

Flash games Greetings.
I would have liked to suggest a new category for twitch.
I'm only an amateur streamer, starting my journey through broadcasting and I was surprised to see no category exists for flashgames, or really small indie games in general.I think flashgames are an important part of the ecosystem and I would have liked to be able to showcase it during my lives.
Would it be possible to add it to the list?
I think "Flash games" as a name would be perfect.
What do you think?

Add a status field to external_games, to indicate games that don't lead anywhere take this json response for example:
{ "id": 3183491, "uid": "1725510", "external_game_source": { "id": 1, "name": "Steam" } }, { "id": 214838, "uid": "678950", "external_game_source": { "id": 1, "name": "Steam" } },this is Dragon Ball FighterZ, if we expand external_games, we can see there's 2 entries for Steam, but only the second one is valid (and some games, like Street Fighter 6, only the first one is valid).
I suggest a field
statusor something, that indicates this entry does not lead anywhere, like that:
…{ "id": 3183491, "uid": "1725510", "external_game_source": { "id": 1, "name": "Steam" } }, {2 votes -
Guild Wars: REFORGED - Category Merger Guild Wars: REFORGED - Category Merger
The launch of 'Guild Wars: Reforged' is now LIVE and it combines all the games under one umbrella now. Twitch still has all the categories split up and the community has voiced concerns in most Guild Wars streams that it should be all in one now since ArenaNet made this new update and change.
Even looking on the official Guild Wars website, now Reforged, the game now includes everything and is no longer split up. Even looking at Steam, ArenaNet has removed all the other categories and has everything under its new Guild Wars:…

Streams Filtering to Incorrect Super Smash Bros. Brawl Category I've noticed that Super Smash Bros. Brawl streams are all filtered to the incorrect category. While the correct category is selectable, all streams end up under an identically named category that actually represents a delisted Flash game. I would suggest either removing this category from Twitch entirely since it bears no relevance, or making it the non-default option for these streams.

Добавление игры в "Категории" Twitch. При поиске трансляций игры "Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012)" не нашёл соответствующих результатов. Нашёл только "Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005)".
Пожалуйста, добавьте эту игру (https://www.igdb.com/games/need-for-speed-most-wanted-53b9fef3-adb4-41a0-8ca0-ffcbb0060467), чтобы её можно было транслировать.2 votes -

Add Newgrounds to the Store links Hi! A lot of indie games gets released first on Newgrounds, usually as the only platform. It would be very useful to add Newgrounds to the "Store Links" section of IGDB for all the developers that releases their games on that platform.

Incorrect Data and Cover Art for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is currently pulling the description and cover art for the the 2026 remake on past broadcasts, highlights, and clips.
As The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time has a remake slated for release in 2026, there are two entries on IGDB bearing the same title:
https://www.igdb.com/games/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time
https://www.igdb.com/games/the-legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time--1While both entries appear as categories on Twitch, since they share the same title, it appears past broadcasts are defaulting to refer to the most recent entry on IGDB.
Oddly, live broadcasts are showing up with the cover art for the original game, but the corresponding…

Create a "Software" category Create a "Software" category for all kinds of software. Like the games category, you can publish preview images, videos, cover art, descriptions, etc. (basically, everything like the games category), but it will contain programs like Steam, Discord, Adobe programs, Krita, Aseprite, and others. There's already a game engines category, but sometimes it includes programs that don't fit that category. I think it would be interesting to create such a category.
