  1. The last couple years I have noticed that bit emotes do not show up in the yearly recap in the most used emotes section. I know for certain I use bit emotes more than other regular emotes that did show on my most used and other community members brought this up too in discord and it would be nice to have them included on the recap.

  2. So I kinda hate this founder badge revoking update. I was going through my list of founders to get rid of the inactive users who got founder badges. But then I just realized that some of the people I removed it from were still active members in the chat. Now I was like I wanna give them the badges back but cannot because they're long gone.

I've only been an affiliate for a little over a year now and there were a lot of people who subbed to me on the first day. Now I'm very upset that those I…

  3. We need more VIP slots for partners. 100 is not enough for big streamers.

  5. Badge flairs are extremely difficult to implement in a way that fits aesthetically with different sub-length badges and thus many people opt to not use them. This loses a really effective way to incentivise and reward higher tier subs, meaning making a change that allows streamers more customisation of these badges is beneficial to the creator, their community and even Twitch's revenue as a whole. In place of flair, creators should be able to upload different badges for each tier at each month interval. This would, undoubtedly, increase the amount of T2 and T3 subs by making them more worthwhile.

  6. I understand that ads for bits was a abusable system and caused a problematic issue of streamers laundering bits back into their account from generated accounts, let alone bots being able to abuse it and launder the bits to other accounts which is highly illegal.

But there should be a way to prevent this. Ads For Bits was one of the main selling point's for Twitch and its what mainly generated Twitch its income from advertisers because it made viewers watch ads with the incentive to help streamers on their channel. Aside of that if their worried about bots watching…

  11. Hello! This idea may not be noticed, but I'm a frequent and active user of the Twitch platform who actively follows the changes and additions of new badges, and I'm very sad to see how you devalue them. Badges used to be a rare event, but now you can get them every month by watching games. Everyone gets these badges and interest quickly disappears. But why do this? Why can’t we make rare badges with interesting events? There was an interesting event with voting, and a rare badge was given for correct answers. Why can't we continue doing this? No…

  12. Ok, most ppl don't participate much in these hype trains cause they might already have all the emotes for the current hype train event drops. My two suggestion is this, if you currently have all the hype train emotes that you can earn, then you should be eligible for a random past hype train/emote that you might of missed out on. This way, those that might of missed out on an emote would be more incline to help out with a hype train and be able to get some sort of drop from participating in one.

    My other suggestion is…

  13. Emotes are a big part of the Twitch experience, and many streamers have different emotes for different occasions (special themed streams, certain games, holidays, etc.).

Instead of having to manually swap out emotes individually, being able to create sets/groups and then being able to toggle between them would save a lot of time. Additionally, it would be great if this ability to toggle sets/groups could be added to the Emotes API.

Another option would be to offer Emotes API which allows Emotes to be individually swapped between active/inactive slots (which would allow streamers to create sets/groups without the feature being…

  14. Please consider allowing animated PNG support for emotes. The way they handle transparency with alpha levels not jus in a binary sense could make the smaller size of emotes look SO much better on white background AND black background, with actual anti-aliasing.

I know APNG is not a very famous file format, but it would improve the quality of animated emotes greatly and all the emote artists would love you.

  15. Single letter shorthands such as "W" and "G", or "press 1" have important significance in chats, and it is troublesome that streamers are not allowed to express these in an emote.

I suggest that the system change so that all emotes following Community Guidelines be allowed, under condition they are accurately labelled with all tags that apply, and a labeling system similar to Stream content classification labels be applied to by streamer to their channel emotes when uploading.

For example, Single-Letter emotes can have a classification of "Sticker" created that identifies the emote as a sticker reaction (Used in cases…

  16. english version below

    Liebes Twitch-Team,

  17. As a twitch partner with almost 10 years of experience, I have long matured the proposal to make the partner badge unique, like a moderator badge, for example, so that I can have an event, moderator and partner badge at the same time.
I hope the other partners will support my idea :D

  19. Please add webp as a supported format for animated emotes! Currently, the only acceptable animated format is GIF. GIFs do not allow for semitransparency, only completely opaque or transparent colors. My commissioned emotes have dark hair like myself, which blends into dark mode. To fix this issue, I added a semitransparent glow behind the chibi for my standard emotes, but this is impossible to do in a GIF. Pleaseee add webp as a supported format!

  20. Bring back the global badges from past events and Twitch crates who missed them and make exclusive badges to the shop for people to buy, everyone likes collecting the badges and i think it would be very popular, you would also make money by charging like $5 per global badge. people can still earn global badges normally by taking part in future events just add the badge to the shop at a later date for those who missed it.
