Alerts for Powerups
With the introduction of the new Powerups feature, it'd be nice to have the ability to configure alert variants for them. For example, if a user sends a message effect powerup, I'd love to trigger an alert that would TTS their message.
This could possibly open up all sorts of interesting possibilities for alerts related to the new powerups.

Agreed! Would like to make using a powerup feel relevant to the stream itself, not just the chat.
