[Feature] Alerts
We have added in the ability to configure and manage Alerts directly within your Creator Dashboard here on Twitch. You can use them in tandem with the alerts you love and already have set up with your third-party broadcasting software; however, we've expanded our system to offer not just classic alerts like subs, follows and cheering, but also Alerts for hype trains, raids, goals, and charity. On top of this, we've added brand new features like Interactive Resubs, which can be tailored to provide different visual and audio options for users to pick when sharing their resub anniversary message. We've also launched Celebrations which can be added to any alert to trigger a channel page-wide explosion of your emotes to mark any special occasion. For much more information, please check out our detailed blog post here: https://blog.twitch.tv/2023/05/17/celebrate-your-community-your-way-with-twitch-s-new-alerts/.
Our goal is to give you the tools to express yourself. Alerts are a sandbox for you to show off what you and your community are about; and this is only the beginning, so please let us know any feedback you have on how we can improve Twitch's Alerts for you in the future. Thank you!
Hi again all,
We have another update regarding Twitch’s Alerts. Now, you can set up integrations with Streamlabs, Throne, Crowd Control, and StreamElements, to bring select third-party events they provide to your Activity Feed to help you recognize all the additional ways your community supports you (such as through tipping, merch purchases, etc.).
Help highlight your community’s contributions and celebrate them all in one place, with your own flair by tapping into the customization options for your Alerts in the Creator Dashboard.
This is just the beginning! We'd love to hear what other third party streaming tools you'd like deeper Twitch integrations with, please share them with us via link.twitch.tv/UVAlerts or http://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/924712/suggestions/47507177.

Transferring alerts from Streamlabs or Streamelements, or any other third-party alert building platform should be made possible or at least easier. Most have spent hours fine-tuning and designing their alerts on other platforms before Twitch had this update, and it would take unimaginable amounts of time to readjust every alert to match previous platforms' designs on the Twitch Creator Dashboard.

So I've turned all the volumes for the alert box down to like 10 but yet they still sound the same as default and destroy my ear drums. Any way to fix this?

I feel as they stand now twitch could fair an essential perk to having the alert system being within the api and if they could make it accessible for console streamer's to create an "Cloud Alert Overlay" which could be used by default when a service like obs or streamlabs cant be used would be detrimental to newer and up and coming creator's. also updating the Api to keep up for creators still stuck on older gen hardware like the PS4 and xbox (as its already good enough) could also keep the platform more relevant in case other platforms try to utilize the same things in their future. Looking to the growing talent and utilizing key features needed by the one's who don't have access to the greater things like a pc, capture card, and other things is what is going to keep the platform on top to the people and keep more and more people on the platform with more accessibility and ease of access to things needed by it's natural user. <3

I have been saying to those I know on twitch. It is possible if u like only 5 viewers, you don't get ads? For streamers starting up, many viewers would be put off with the ad they get especially if they can not afford to sub to that streamer. Also would it be possible for our mods NOT get ads in the stream just like as if their streamer.
It would help them manage lot more keep an eye on the stream without having to subscribe to them JUST so they can do their role as a mod. It may seem silly to have such changes but it would go a long way in helping your streamers and their mods. They would be far more happy to use what spare money they have to gift a sub or give bits to their streamer and help them grow as a community.

Poderia ter algum tipo de atualização para consoles que fosse possível utilizar os alertas.

Add a way to disable this on the viewer side, especially for the "Celebration" feature. The amount of flashing can cause a severe issue for people with epilepsy or a similar condition. I honestly don't know how this got missed, but it needs to be fixed sooner rather than later. Preferably with an account/site-wide option to disable it as a viewer.

Are there other languages in the work for TTS? I was planning on setting up a TTS redemption, but my language (Hungarian) is not on the list :(

A nice update could be to see the alerts in a floating window that stays enabled while you are playing or interacting. There are external applications that allow you to do it from other platforms, such as streamlabs or streamelements, but it would be interesting to have it native from Twitch.
In addition, it would allow users of 1 monitor to have greater interaction with their audience. -

I have setup alerts for my stream and used the entire system saved all the work, and when I close and open my browser, nothing. It shows nothing of what I need to do. I followed all the steps to a T and now have to do it all over again. This is such a waste of time. Why are the alerts not saving in one place as it should. Why in 50 different places and in the end it doesn't work?

I had recently set up my StreamElements for tippings, but when I look through the available alerts for StreamElements in the alerts area, all it shows are "New Merch" and nothing else. It would be great if stuff like the tipping alert is available like it is for Streamlabs. Thank you.

I've just started using Alerts for channel point redemption for people to show emotes on stream, but the emotes in the message are the low resolution versions with no way to choose the 112x112 versions. Having the option to use those higher resolution emotes would be great

Went through all of the comments on this UserVoice and don't see this mentioned: this feature needs an update on the backend to not trigger if a user has been banned. A streamer I mod for (@HexadecimalDJ) just got follow botted, and while @Sery_Bot autobanned all of them instantly, for the past 20 minutes straight the Twitch Alert has been going off continuously for all of these "new" followers. He even turned his Twitch Alerts off 5 mins ago and they have continued unabated. Please amend this feature to clear the alerts from the queue if the relevant user has been banned from the channel. Thank you.

Stream Streak alerts and a Hype Train has ended alert would be fantastic. I'd also love to import alerts from other places where I've set them up.
Really enjoying the Twitch alerts, especially for Channel Redemptions! 💖
